go to the Mario kart wii menu and click on any file so when you get to that place with gran prix click on it and when you click on it after the next screen comes up hold 2 1 b a and + then the whole screen turns white and it says dun dun dun so you get like the dolphan dasher and the phantom and all the cars.

To get a star you have to perform exceptionally well in races. Assuming this, crashing into other karts/bikes repeatedly, falling off the track, and constantly getting hammered(hit) with items almost guarantees not getting any stars (you can get up to 3 stars) in Mario Kart Wii. Using defense tactics like blocking items by holding items behind your back is a good start. Good luck ;) ____________________________ Also sometimes, There is other ways to get a Star rank in Mario Kart Wii. For example, Try to get 53 or better in a race. Get 1st in 3/4, and get 2nd in the last race. Sometimes you may not get a star with these conditions. That means you didn't do very well with the requirements in the cup. Go to cheatcc.com to check the time for each stage that has to reached to unlock fast staff ghosts. If you unlock enough fast staff ghosts, you will unlock certain characters and vehicles. If you unlock all fast staff ghosts you will unlock Mii outfit B(when this answer was being typed, the only fast staff ghost time that I can remember is of Rainbow Road's, which about 2:59).

Birdo : Play Time Trials on 16 different courses or win 250 Wi-Fi matches.

Rosalina: Have a Super Mario Galaxy savefile and she will be unlocked after 50 races or get 1 star in all Mirror Mode Cups

You can also unlock rosalina by doing 4,0950 online matches by winning the races ( position: 1st, 2nd or 3rd.) That's all i know. mirror mode get 1 star rank on all 50cc cups all 100cc cups and all 150cc cups.

rosalina do 50 racess if you have a super Mario galixy fill and then you,r going to unlock rosealina. you can also win 4,950 races to get her. hoped that helped you weridos out their bucause your are nice

A mirror cup is almost the same as any of the other cups, the course is reversed however so you need to turn left instead of right or vice versa.

To get the mini turbo in Mario kart wii, select manual, not automatic. Hold 2 to accelerate, when your going, hold down 1 while still holding 2. There will be sparks on the car sides. Rapidly tilt the wii remote left and right until the sparks change color. Release 1, then you do a mini turbo.

You cannot unlock Waluigi as a playable character, or for anything, in Super Mario 64 DS.

Well it's really up to you. If i were to recomend one i would actually recomend Animal Crossing City Folk, because i have both games listed on you question (Animal Crossing City Folk & Mario Kart Wii) and i must say i really do enjoy Animal Crossing City Folk more.

Expert, otherwise known as fast) staff ghosts apear when you beat the regular staff ghost by a certain time. (usually 4-10 seconds)

You have to get action replay first. Then, put action replay in the slot with Mario kart DS in action replay. Next, turn the DS on and hit codes. The screen should say that Mario kart DS is inserted. Then hit add new code. Look up the moon jump code. Type in moon jump for the name. Then, type in the correct code and hit save. Lastly, hit boot game with codes. You're done! press B to fly!

Well I know that's right but if you want to know how to unlock her in Mario Kart then first open the mirror cup by racing on all 150cc cups and you HAVE TO GET 1ST PLACE ON ALL RACES!!! Then you should unlock Mirror Cup and Princess Daisy. Race on all mirror cups and get a good ranking most likely star ranking then you should unlock her!!! Hope my Mario Kart advice helped =-)
