You leave your underwear on.
What do you mean by nude massage? You are expected to LEAVE ON YOUR UNDERWEAR (as in underpants) when you receive a massage. A professional massage therapist will know how to drape you with the sheet/blanket so that only the part of your body being worked on is exposed.
Exercise alot, or do anything that burns fat, such as a sauna or go on a detox diet, you can usually find detox pills at vitamin, health, or medical stores. Water will not help, THC is stored in fat and there isn't a single drug you can take to immediately remove THC or any marijuana traces from your system. If your desperate, eat less. Alot less so as to force your body to consume the fat it's accumulated and exercise at the same time.

Foot massages are great for managing pain and edema (swelling) during pregnancy, but the inside of the ankle should always be avoided. It is a reflexology point that corresponds to the uterus and can stimulate contractions and preterm labor.
It was centuries ago that Australian aborigines probably first started plucking leaves from a native tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) to treat skin infections. In 1770, sailors from Captain Cook's expedition to the South Seas ventured ashore at New South Wales and brewed a tea using the leaves of the same tree. This event engendered the herb's English name "tea tree"--which is actually something of a misnomer because the Melaleuca species bears no relation to the Camellia species, the usual source of tea leaves.
Today, an aromatic oil with a fragrance reminiscent of nutmeg is steam-distilled from the Melaleuca leaves. Because the Melaleuca alternifolia grows only in Australia, that country is now the major source of tea tree oil, exporting some 700 tons of annually. Tea tree products are often referred to as "melaleuca oil." The pure oil is colorless to pale yellow.
High-quality tea tree oil contains 40% or more of terpinen-4-ol, the ingredient that fights harmful bacteria and fungi and makes the oil so effective in preventing and fighting infection in cuts, scrapes, insect bites, and stings.
Specifically, tea tree oil may help to:
Treat cuts, scrapes, insect bites and stings, and other minor skin wounds and irritations. Tea tree oil blends rapidly and easily with the skin's own oils. In the process, the oil alters the chemical barrier of the skin, making it less hospitable to the growth of fungi and other organisms. In these ways, tea tree oil not only lessens the chance of infection, it also promotes healing and reduces the likelihood of scarring.
Fight fungal nail infections, jock itch, and athlete's foot. Tea tree oil has been shown to be effective in countering Trichophyton, the fungus that causes numerous topical infections, including athlete's foot and jock itch.
Shorten the course of vaginal yeast infections. Two of the organisms that cause these discomforts, Candida albicans and Trichomonas vaginalis, apparently succumb to the actions of tea tree oil.
Gently control acne. Even severe cases of acne have been shown to benefit from anti-acne preparations that contain up to 15% tea tree oil, an effect that can be explained by the oil's antibacterial and skin-healing properties. In one study conducted in Australia, a comparison was made between a gel containing 5% tea tree oil and a traditional 5% benzoyl peroxide acne lotion. The products proved similar in their effectiveness against pimples, although the herbal preparation worked more slowly. It was notable, however, that the product containing the tea tree oil caused significantly less dryness, redness, scaling, and itching to the surrounding skin.
Treat dandruff and head lice. According to one study, a 5% solution of tea tree oil is effective against Pityrosporum ovale, a fungus that can cause dandruff. In a laboratory analysis of tea-tree chemistry, substances were discovered that can kill head lice. But human research is still needed, especially since the skin of children (a population particularly susceptible to lice) may be overly sensitive to tea tree oil.
Curtail warts. Tea tree oil is sometimes recommended for warts, which are caused by viruses. More research is needed to determine whether the oil is truly effective for this purpose, but it certainly does not seem to cause any complications. Note: Tea tree oil has also been found to be useful for a number of other disorders. For information on these additional ailments, see our Dosage Recommendations Chart for Tea Tree Oil.

--Look for tea tree oil derived only from the Melaleuca alternifolia tree. Oil from other species can have a high percentage of cineole, a compound that can irritate the skin and hinder the oil's active ingredients from providing any therapeutic benefit.

For nail infections: Rub tea tree oil on the nail twice a day.

Guidelines for Use
When buying a topical antifungal preparation advertised to contain teatree oil, make sure the oil is from M. alternifolia and is one of the first ingredients listed.
Tea tree oil is found in various skin-care and beauty products (shampoos, soaps, and so on) but often in amounts so minuscule that it provides virtually no antibacterial effect. To learn if a particular product can produce the benefits of tea tree oil, request information from the manufacturer about studies supporting such a claim.
Some toothpastes contain tea tree oil. However, because the oil is dangerous if swallowed, only very small amounts are included. This makes the products safe, but essentially nullifies any bacteria-fighting benefits they claim to have.
There are no known drug or nutrient interactions associated with tea tree oil.
Possible Side Effects
Tea tree oil can irritate sensitive skin, especially in the vaginal area. It can also prompt an allergic reaction in some people. As a safety precaution, dab a small amount on your inner arm with a cotton swab before using the oil or a product that contains it. If you are allergic, your arm will quickly become red or inflamed.
Never ingest tea tree oil. It is for external use only, and should never be applied around the eyes.
If you accidentally ingest the oil, immediately contact a doctor or a poison control center.
Consult your doctor before replacing any prescription medications with tea tree oil. Ailments Dosage Acne Apply a drop or two to each acne lesion 3 times a day. Athlete's Foot Apply oil or cream to affected areas twice a day and/or use as a footbath. Cuts and Scrapes Apply cream to wound 3 times a day in place of aloe or lavender oil. Insect Bites and Stings Apply 1 drop of oil to skin several times a day, or as needed. Warts Put several drops on a compress. Use overnight until the wart heals.

Tea tree oil kills head lice and chiggers. You can use it straight or diluted depending on your sensitivity. it is strong stuff. Every soldier in WW1 had it in his duffle bag for relieving foot fungus. Once your feet are wet and fungus grows on moist surfaces it will stop an army in its tracks. The Meleleuca farmers were exempt from the war to stay home and grow this wonderful essemntial oil. Read the Tea Tree Oil Bible to learn all you can about this wonderful oil.
Kneading is part of the Swedish massage tradition and involves the grasping and lifting of tissue. It is usually performed with the palms first pressing down on muscle tissue and then lifting it with the fingers in a rhythmic, churning, action.
It is great for sore muscles that are aching from overwork, like the ones in the legs and shoulders.
Do not perform a facial on someone who has a cold sore as it is a very contagious condition. Cold sores are a viral infection of the skin (herpes simplex type 1) the lesions last usually 1 to 2 weeks and when they finally clear, the virus remains dormant. It can reappear during periods of stress, trauma, sun and wind exposure or after a cold...

Answer When getting a massage it is a good idea to stay away from painkillers if you're able to, as it will allow the therapist to get the pain reflex from you, if they are going too deep.
Interference massage is a relaxing massage that rids the body tissues of toxins brought on by stress and overuse.
You will need a massage therapist's license in most states.
I'm assuming you mean a backrub type massage?
Start by sitting directly behind her. Move her hair out of the way, or ask her if she has a hair tie to put it up. Try to have warm hands. If she seems hesitant or nervous tell her to relax her shoulders and take a deep breath.
Start by placing your hands on the very upper part of her back or on top of her shoulders and let them rest there as you relax and let your weight and the weight of your hands sink in. Then with light pressure, press into the tops of her shoulders with the palm of your hand, allowing your fingers to be loose and relaxed. Repeat a few times using gradually harder pressure, ask her to tell you when you reach a good pressure.
Now begin using your fingers also, squeeze the tissue, again starting out gently and then asking her if the pressure is okay. Think of it like kneading, squeezing and lifting the tissue. Gently use the same squeezing method on her neck, if she is sitting up, you could also ask her to tilt her head back and let you support some of the weight while you squeeze the back of the neck.
Now, using one hand to support the body by holding around the shoulder and stabilizing her, begin pressing your palm back into the shoulders, down between the shoulder blades, and down either side of the spine (don't push directly on the vertebra).
Try giving a few backrubs and doing whatever else feels natural or whatever variations of these moves you can think of.
A girl will like a massage better if you start out with softer pressure and then build it up so she can tell you how much pressure she wants. (That way she doesn't have to deal with an uncomfortable moment of asking you or end up disliking your massage because you didn't ask her).
Don't skip over the bra if she is wearing one under her shirt. Just go over it but beware of small metal hooks on some bras- if you feel any small lump when over the bra, use light pressure to avoid poking.
Check in with her a few times to ask if she wants more or less pressure, any sore areas, etc.
Try starting a conversation about her, if she doesn't continue the conversation, simply keep massaging and focus on what you're doing while being quiet.
Remember to stay relaxed yourself or you'll pass on your anxious feelings.
A good backrub lasts at least 10 minutes.
I'm a girl and I'm a massage therapist.
Yes, it is possible for you to massage your own face to get relief from sinus pressure. Follow this routine:
No. They are not bad for you. Getting a massage on a massage chair is a bit different than lying on a table. For example, the massage will be shorter and will focus more on rejuvenating and energizing you so you can feel refreshed rather than sedated, which is more likely going to happen in a longer massage.
If you are a practitioner, then they are not bad for you as long as you know how to use them and set your massage program. Also, which brand are you buying. I own a massage chair from OSIM which I use regularly and it hasn't caused any problems for me. OSIM Massage Chairs are really worth the spend.
10% is the general rule. Generally massage therapists at medical offices are not tipped or if they are, discretion is key. Also, be sure to tip on service and experience; if it was horrible, don't feel obligated to tip, and on the flip-side, feel free to increase your tip for wonderful service.
There are massage therapists in Naples , Florida . Here are some:

There is big difference between massage therapy and physical therapy. Both of them are excellent in doing what they are intended to do and are great partners in therapy when used in conjunction. The difference between the two is in both philosophy and methodology.
Massage therapy has its focus on the manipulation of body tissues by manual methods to assist the body in its natural processes of pain reduction, improved health and well-being, stress reduction, and healing of trauma. The philosophy is based on a holistic, or wholistic, model where all the parts of the organism are encouraged to work together in balance and harmony. This includes the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of the whole person.
Physical therapy, on the other hand, uses equipment and apparatus to facilitate the rehabilitation of a specific physical injury to the body and measures its progress. The philosophy is that a single part of the body needs to be improved and strengthened for it to work properly. This is a dualistic view, where one aspect is in opposition to the others, and is different from the holistic view where all the parts work together, as in massage therapy.
Both types of therapy have their validity and are just as good as the other in the job they are intended to perform. When used together, a person's chances of making a full recovery from an injury is increased dramatically.
