Nothing much. Dr. Light created X, I think Wily created Zero, somewhere in between everyone from X1 died or passed out of existence, except perhaps Light and Wily found a way to live a lot longer I think. Look at MMZero. The Megaman series has never really been truly clear, but a few points below are definite:
-X was created.
-Original Megaman died/disappeared.
-Many reploids were created, all designed after X, except for zero
