How should you feel during sex?

For some EXTREMLY lucky people, periods don't hurt even the slightest bit. Ok maybe a little cramp here or there, but over all no. On the other hand for some girls it hurts like hell. Eveyones different. Take me for example. I came home from a wedding, went to the bathroom, and noticed blood, but I didn't even noticed my period had started! So it didn't hurt me. For some people it will hurt.

No, it is not normal to throw-up during your period. If this is a one off them it is nothing to worry about, if this is a regular occurrence it could be a hormonal imbalance which may be caused by something more serious. If this occurs on a regular basis you should talk to your doctor to investigate.
