After calling Metro pcs from my phone I was told that there stores will open at 9am on black friday. expect it to be very busy as metro has most new phones buy one get one free!

I called sprint today to get my own text message records for my own phone, they could only tell me how many messages i used they could not tell me what they said or give me a print out of the text. I have a ex in the past 2 years she is sending me text about when I can and cannot see my son and I wanted a print off of these text messages and bring them to court with me. Sprint admitted to having the records, but told me that I needed a sapena to get the records for my own phone. I think that is bs, but that's cell phone companies for you.

A MetroPCS phone does not come with call records on their basic plans. You need to sign up for an account online with them which is separate from your current MetroPCS account. Once you are signed up and confirmed through your MetroPCS number you can add on call history for about $5.00 a month.

There is a plan, that you pay 1$ extra on your monthly bill. but the only downside to it is you can only your outgoing calls. now if you want to see the incoming calls you have to get a court order so metro pcs can release to their security company. BUT BESIDES ALL THAT FOR A DOLLAR MORE YOU CAN YOUR STATEMENT ONLINE..

unfortunately no, but somehow you can send international texts messages to the philippines with MetroPCS' unlimited international texting service. most plans include that kind of service and its unlimited just put 011 + 63 (area code) then phone number.

Well i can say Metro PCS sucks alot of dropped calls reception sucks people always tell me they cant hear me sounds like im far away an over all garbage experience

Im thinking about switching to Boost mobile, i hear more good than bad when doing a comparison between the 2 plus the shrinking payments every year your with Boost plus their on the sprint network better coverage.

Yes, but only if you go into your local metro store an have them switch it but it cost bout 20 or 25 dollars.

If you receive monthly text messages from MetroPCS reminding you to pay your bill, you will find your account number within the message. Also, you can call one of MetroPCS's retail locations and they will give it to you.
