You cannot cheat to get emeralds on Minecraft PE. You can find emeralds in Desert Temples, Stronghold Chests and Blacksmith Shops. You can also find world seeds online that have the coordinates for Emerald so you can mine emerald quickly. Emerald is decoration only in Minecraft PE.

If you are playing 0.5.0 or later, then make a small medium lighted room (bright enough so mobs dont spawn but dark enough to plant mushrooms). Mushrooms can grow on almost every surface so if your room is grass from an above ground house or stone from underground, then plant away and come back later. They will spread overtime and give you more to harvest.

Kind of..... It is there but is mostly unplayable. There are very limited server slots that are already used up, and I have never been able to connect to a realm even while following all the steps. We just have to wait for them to make it usable.
