If you are playing 0.5.0 or later, then make a small medium lighted room (bright enough so mobs dont spawn but dark enough to plant mushrooms). Mushrooms can grow on almost every surface so if your room is grass from an above ground house or stone from underground, then plant away and come back later. They will spread overtime and give you more to harvest.

Kind of..... It is there but is mostly unplayable. There are very limited server slots that are already used up, and I have never been able to connect to a realm even while following all the steps. We just have to wait for them to make it usable.

Most likely no, because commands is only a thing that is used for computers.

The top layer's cobblestone is arranged in a "+" pattern.

The middle layer is has the nether reactor in the middle with the four corners being cobblestone.

Minecraft PE 0.8.0 does not have squids in it.

In order to have villages they would have to update minecraft pe and it would probably take up too much space on your iphone/android.

It just hasn't been implemented yet.

But there are ways using NBT editors, to edit what a villager trades. This is used commonly in Adventure Maps.
