you can not meet Herobrine on either PC, XBox, or Pocket edition as he does not exist and never has. i'm sure there are mods for the PC for Herobrine, and if you really wanted to you could hack you mobile device and input a mod for Herobrine on Minecraft PE but i do not recommend this

There is no way YET . They added tnt but there is still no flint and steel or redstone to light it. They might add that in a later version. Minecraft pocket edition is still pretty behind pc and even xbox 360

The creeper was actually a mistake- When Mojang was trying to program pigs into Minecraft, they accidentally made their bodies vertical rather than horizontal, resulting in a creature with a long body and 4 feet that were very close together. You need to purchase a Minecraft account(premium account) to play Minecraft on a server. This is due to the fact that even if you get your hands on a version of Minecraft without paying for it, why would they let you play multiplayer as well. It may be possible to start your own server and join it by hacking Minecraft, but this is Illegal.

I don't believe that Herobrine is in vanilla minecraft. There are videos on YouTube that used the Single Player Commands mod to spawn the discontinued 'monster' (human) mob with the texture modified to look like the legendary Herobrine.

The SPC command is 'spawn monster'.

There are 'Herobrine' mods, but I have not looked into those.

I'm afraid that just like coal, iron ore is randomly populated in the level. There's no real way to know where exactly it is in the level. The best way to find any ore, however, is to explore a deep cave. As you explore the cave, keep your eyes on the walls for cubes that look like coal but are a butterscotch color. Be sure when exploring to bring a sturdy sword (or two) and plenty of torches.

While you often find coal peppered into the side of a mountain just walking about, it is stunningly rare to find iron just out in the open, but it does happen.
