do the command /lwc flag magnet on, then stand on top of the desired chest and throw ONE block on top of the chest. The blocks have to be iron, gold or diamond blocks, any other will not work. Then, once you have done that, stnad on the item and have it go into your inv. However, sometimes the block will also go into your chest, duplicating it. However, this block is fake, and cannot be used except in crafting. Therefore, you have to craft it into 9 diamonds, iron or gold. Then recraft it, and you have a new block :D. This also works for potions, where the splash potion put into the chest will turn into and infinite stack.
