There is no way to specifically craft a turret. However, placing arrows in a dispenser will allow them to shoot the arrows out. There may be some mods out there that allow you to craft turrets.

There is 2 mods that will allow you to do that. One of them is called "Single Player Commands". It allows you to spawn items, enable "noclip" which lets you fly and go through blocks, and a lot of other things. Next is the one i personally use called "Too Many Items" which only lets you spawn items, but it lets you make "saves" and lets you have infinite stacks of items. The saves feature lets you get back all the items you had before if you lose them by dying or something like that. you get infinite stacks by holding shift and clicking on a stackable item. If you shift click on a tool like a pickaxe or a shovel then that item has infinite durability so it wont break. You can get both of these by searching them on Google and there are plenty of Youtube videos of how to install them if you need help.

First build the house, then empty the water with the empty bucket if you are in creative. if not, than fill the house with blocks and put a door on the entrance. then go in and destroy all the blocks. you should have a air bubble in the house.

If you mean Minecraft Classic, this is not possible. Minecraft classic is only meant for building, not survival. If you want to have survival, you'd have to buy the full version.

Download and install the TooManyItems mod from Minecraft This will add a list of all items on the right of all inventory screens. Click on any icon to add it to your inventory.

If they are using it withoput changing anything, you should change account details. It may be that they are messing with server data. If so, this is unstoppable as it is external hacking by and external hacker. Changing username may help.
