2. To find out why you are having a miscarriage.

3. If the baby dies in hospital, you cannot be accused of hiding anything, or get charged with manslaughter or whatever (unless you have tried to procure an abortion.)

4. Both mother and child will receive better treatment.

5. It makes it official.

6. Don't forget the father - both go if you can.

Any problems like this should be addressed by a medical Professional as they would be in the best position to make an accurate diagnosis.

It's probably just that your body is getting back to normal after being pregnant, however after a pregnancy (even if the pregnancy didn't last) the chances of getting pregnant quickly afterwards are high, so if you have had sex since the miscarriage it is possible that you could be pregnant

i highly doubt that means miscarriage the doctors often say that when you hit your 3 months your risk of having a miscarriage is very low. the baby can just be shifting to a different position.

Yes this can happen. I have had this happen 9 times. Heartbeat at 6-7 weeks and between 8-9 weeks I miscarry. We have done all the testing that can be done by infertility doctors and no one has an answer. It can be frustrating and an emotional roller coaster. Hang in there we do have 1 successful pregnancy so far and our little girl is going to be 3. We are pregnant not at 6 1/2 weeks. I refuse to go to the doctor because if it is meant to be it will be. I don;t want to hear a heartbeat then it be gone. If my symptoms are gone at 9 weeks then I will know. If they are there then we can celebrate. That number drops to around 10-25% after the 3rd week. Women in there 20s-30s are around 10-15, while 35+ is about 25%. 80% of all miscarriages happen in the first 12 weeks. After 12 weeks or the first trimester the chance of miscarriage drops to around 1-3% depending on age and health of the mother.

A "planned miscarriage" is an abortion. If you do not want to continue with the pregnancy you should see your doctor and discuss your options. There is no safe way to induce a miscarriage.

Yes you can have a miscarriage at 4 weeks I have hade a miscarriage at 2 weeks.

I was told the same thing. Based on my lmp I am 6 weeks but I had an ultrasound done 2 days ago that said I was 4 weeks. I wonder if I am 4 weeks along because that is the time of conception since you dont get pregnant the day of your period. It is usually two weeks later when you ovulate. My hcg levels measured low with my second pregnancy. 5 wks: 116, 6 wks: 609, 7 wks: 1502, 8 wks: 1412. I knew they were low because my OB kept sending me for more blood work week after week. I did an internet search to find out where they should be and saw that they didn't fall into the expected range. Plus, they weren't doubling every 2-3 days. At 8 wks, the day before I had the last blood test, I started spotting. 2 days later I had an ultrasound which confirmed no heartbeat and that I'd likely miscarry. The next day I miscarried. Well I had pretty much the same situation happen to me but my pregnancy was detected at 4 weeks they saw the sac but no fetus..My levels were pretty high but they were very concerned..They did tons of tests on me because after 6 weeks they saw the fetus but things didnt look right..They kept watching me. They eventually did several tests to check for downs, triploidis, and some others..Then at almost 7 months I lost him. He stopped growing and only weighed 8 ounces when he passed...I would definitely have them watch you VERY CLOSELY and pray...Good luck and I will pray. Please let me know how things turn out..
