I have been told that, at both these museums, the signs that are written in non-English languages are deliberately translated to say "admission fee" instead of "suggested donation." In other words, it's a little scam they run on tourists. I don't know if this is actually true or not. But if the sign DOES, in fact, say "admission fee" in your native language, then don't be fooled.
However, as it says in the Related Link, if you do choose to buy tickets online, you WILL have to pay the full price for entrance.
