I don't think so because in Japanese legends foxes could have up to nine tails, the more tales the wiser and older the fox was, so i doubt a ten tailed beast was created. I haven't finished watchng Naruto so I might be wrong.

Considering how him and Bee are the only ones left, he definitely has a chance but Bee is older so he has more years of practice. Naruto is the nine tails so theres a chance. It depends on how long the other ones have been training.

Shippuden is the continued part of Naruto. It takes place 2 years prior to the end of Naruto, with Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura being around 15 years old. Naruto comes back to Konoha after training with Jiraiya for 2 and a half years, Sakura becomes a skilled medic ninja by training under Tsunade and Sasuke is still the apprentice to Orochimaru. Shippuden has a whole different plot from Naruto and is very confusing if you never watched Naruto before, or if your staring the series from Shippuden.

Naruto Shippuden will come to the India TV Cartoon Network channel in 2014.
