No, Russia has not landed humans on the moon. The Soviet Union, which was the precursor to Russia, launched several unmanned lunar missions, but did not achieve a manned moon landing like the United States.

Yes, they really did. The things that some people don't understand well enough to believe, are explained at the badastronomy.com site and the clavius.org site. There really isn't any doubt, but some people make their living selling phonied-up books and DVDs that say it was a hoax. I, personally, don't think that 400,000 people can keep a secret, and that is how many worked on Apollo!

No woman has visited the moon yet. The first and only people who have walked on the moon were all male astronauts from the Apollo missions.

It was exactly July 20th 1969 when he stepped on our most amazing Moon as he said "One small step for man and one giant leap for man kind". Armstrong was 39 years of age when he landed on Moon therefore he got born on August 5th 1930, what makes him now 78 years old.

Neil Armstrong had 3 children - Alan (born June 30, 1957), Karen Anne (born April 13, 1959, died of a brain tumor on January 28, 1962) and Mark Stephen (born April 8, 1963). Yes he does he has 3 kids their names were Eric Armstrong,Karen Armstrong,and Mark Armstrong:):)(:

12 astronauts have gotten to walk on the moon, 2 each mission with one astronaut staying back in the Command Module. 18 astronauts were on the missions (3 per mission), 2 walking on the moon each mission.
