What influences the nervous and endocrine systems on behavior?

A thorough discussion of how your body works best begins with an overview of your nervous and endocrine systems, as these two organ systems act as co-directors of all of the activities that occur in your body.

To put it simply, your nervous and endocrine systems continuously monitor the well-being of each of the billions of cells in your body, and they continuously take action through messenger systems to keep all of your cells as healthy as possible.

Though your nervous and endocrine systems share the director's seat of your body, they fulfil their roles in completely different ways.

Your nervous system senses and controls every part of your body through its many nerves. Sensory receptors located throughout your body constantly send information through nerves to your brain; your brain digests this information; your brain then decides on appropriate action, and executes the action by sending additional information out to the target cells through other nerves.

For example, if you accidentally touch a hot pan, sensory receptors register pain almost instantaneously, this information travels through nerves to reach your brain, your brain understands that your hand is in danger of being injured in its current position, and your brain sends information down other nerves that tells your muscles to jerk your hand away from the pan.

How can you improve your coordination?

In my views, Coordination is the continuous and consistent movements of the body from the fast expansion and contraction of the muscles with the interrelated act of the mind for refined actions.

Coordination can be developed through the continuous practice of any skill with purpose provided good level of willingness and determination from the performer.

It can be mainly improved by the practice of basic motor skills; light exercises such as drills, calisthenics, which are necessarily to be conducted on BY-part method simultaneously with simple counting of numerical numbers rhythmically in the mind or verbally.

Further, it can be strongly developed through the training of exercises in relation with equal intervals audible beats of music.

However, I believe that coordination could be well put into initiation at the age of above of five years old, irrespective of sex, under the guidance of sports practitioner in a swimming pool where the child will start rehearsing these basic movements with the periodic moving waters.

Is oxygen transport a function of the nervous system?

While it is true that the nervous system controls and regulates all the functions of the body, the actual transportation of oxygen throughout the body begins in the cardiopulmonary system, where oxygen is taken into the lungs and oxygenates blood that flows into pulmonary veins going to the heart, and from their it makes a circuit through the body and into the right side of the heart which receives oxygen poor blood, pumps it through the pulmonary circulation to pick up more oxygen, and from there back to the left side of the heart where it starts a new circuit through the veins and blood vessels delivering fresh oxygen to the body's cells and organs.
