The Fur Traders came to New France to build Trading Posts, also to bann anyone else from trading Fur so that they could have all the money from all the fur in New France. The Fur Traders where mean nasty people and would not let anyone they could get their hands on make a profit off of Fur Trading. If they found someone who was Trading Fur they would give them a warning to stop and if they didn't, they would sneak into their houses at night and kill them and most of the time their families too. sometimes they would be so mad that they would kill their neighbors to just fo the sake of killing someone. Those where very dark days.

they ate bread, fruits like raspberries and vegetables like cabbage. these foods were full of vitamins and they are very healthy. they need these foods because they have a long and hard day of work each day. they need to stay healthy and strong if they want to survive life. all Habitants have to work hard. if they don't eat these foods (not only the listed) they wont be able to work and their family would fall behind. that's why they have a family garden. they grow foods like; lettuce, cabbage, onions, carrots, peas, beans, tomatoes and beets. for fruits, they had some fruit trees. they grew apples, and oranges. they gathered raspberries, blueberries, blackberries (etc) from the wildlife. they grew some wheat, corn, barley and oats also. these foods would keep them strong and healthy. plus they need plenty of water. these are the foods they ate and why they need these foods.
