I'd like to know, too! I heard that it is the JW Marriott, but I can't get confirmation on that.
New york was yearning for a new team once the New York Giants moved to San Francisco and The Brooklyn Dodgers moved to Los Angeles....the mets, or the metropolitans, replaced the two relocated teams by using the old Giants ny logo on the hat, and using Dodger blue and Giants orange as team colors
You can probably get the ringtone free from Blicer (http://www.blicer.com). If they don't have it, request it to any media contributor and they'll get it for you.
Carl Pohlad owned the Twins before he died in 2009. His sons, Bob, Jim, and Bill are now equal owners of the Twins.
The first game at Shea was played on Friday 4/17/64. The Prates beat the Mets 4-3 on a Bill Mazeroski single in the top of the 9th inning off Ed Bauta who relieved starting pitcher Jack Fisher. Bob Friend, a future Met, started and won for the Pirates. Willie Stargell of the Pirates hit the only HR in the game.
After another loss the next day, the Mets won the third game played at Shea behind Alvin Jackson's 6 hit shutout.
After a series of rainouts, the 4th game at Shea was played. Although the Mets lost to the Cubs, Ron Hunt hit the first Mets HR against Dick Ellsworth in the 8th inning.

The only thing I could suggest is to log on to yahoo.sports.com/mlb and check the game log for individual players. You can count how many blown saves a pitcher has had over the course of the year.
The Mets reached the playoffs 7 times and the World Series 4 times. They won the World Series twice. # 1969: Shocked the Orioles 4 games to 1 to win the World Series, after never before placing better than 9th (in a 10 team league). # 1973: "Ya Gotta Believe" Mets were in last place going into September, then won the division, upset the Reds 3 games to 2 in the League Championship Series, and took a 3 games to 2 lead in the World Series before losing games 6 and 7 in Oakland to the A's. # 1986: Beat the Red Sox 4 games to 3 in the World Series. The Mets won 108 regular season games, but were one strike away from being eliminated in the World Series, before their unprecedented comeback. # 1988: Lost to the League Championship Series to the Dodgers, 4 games to 3, as Cy Young Award winner Orel Hershiser and MVP Kirk Gibson had legendary moments. # 1999: In third place in the Wild Card race, 2 games back with 3 to play, the Mets came back, beat the Reds in a one game playoff for the Wild Card, beat the Diamondbacks on a walk-off tenth inning homer to win the NLDS, and then had some great comebacks against the Braves in the LCS, ultimately losing game 6 on a walk-off walk. # 2000: Won the Wild Card, beat the Giants in the NLDS and the Cardinals in the NLCS, before falling to the Yankees in the Subway Series, 4 games to 1. # 2006: Swept the Dodgers in the NLDS, lost Game 7 of the NLCS to the Cardinals, with Carlos Beltran frozen by an 0-2 curveball with the winning run on first.
There are many places one might go to purchase New York Mets tickets. In addition to purchasing from the official New York Mets ticket place, one might also be able to purchase tickets at the stadium kiosk.

Currently David Wright an Johan Santana. All time I would go with Gary Carter an either Doc Gooden Tom Seaver or Nolan Ryan.
it can mean tackles in stats, and can mean like tackle in positions.
The Yankees have actually won 25% of all the world series. There have been 106 world series played to this date, and the Yankees won 27 of them. They have one 1/4 or a quarter of all the world series.
There have been 6 black players play for the New York Rangers
On Dec. 23 1998 Rumun Ndur became the first black player to play in an NHL game for the Rangers.
Art Dorrington became the first black player to sign a contract with an NHL team when he signed with the Rangers in 1950 but never made it to the NHL.
The other 5 black players in order of first appearance are:
Jason Doig, Sandy McCarthy (yes he's black), Anson Carter, Kevin Weekes and Nigel Dawes
On August 24, 2007 San Diego Padres pitcher Greg Maddux became the first pitcher to win at least 10 games in 20 consecutive seasons. Cy Young previously held the mark with 19 straight seasons of double-digit wins from 1891-1909.
Maddux is tied with Nolan Ryan for second place behind Don Sutton for most seasons with 10 or more wins. Sutton had 21 such seasons.
The Mets' first baseman is Carlos Delgado. New York sports radio stations had him as "Carlos Del-got-to-go" during the first half of 2008, before a spectacular turnaround had the same overreacting fans and media calling for him to win the MVP.
In 1999, Pat Mahomes pitched in 39 games for the New York Mets, with an ERA of 3.68. He started 0 games and finished 12, pitching no complete games. He threw no shutouts and recorded no saves, ending up with 8 wins and 0 losses.
He pitched a total of 191 outs, facing 265 batters. He gave up 44 hits and 26 earned runs, including 7 home runs. He struck out 51 batters and walked 37.
Depending on your question, you could mean the team that you think is the worst, or you could be referring to being bad in a statistical way. By statistics, the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2010 had the worst record in the Major Leagues. The Baltimore Orioles had the worst record in the American League. In all of baseball history, you could mean in World Series wins or some other statistic, so the answer would be the Philadelphia Phillies in their 127 year history with 10,232 losses.
Former MLB pitcher Johan Santana is 39 years old (birthdate: March 13, 1979).
The Mets have used three stadiums as their home field-The Polo Grounds from 1962-1964, Shea Stadium from 1964-2008, and Citi Field from 2009-Present. The Polo Grounds, while used as the Mets' home stadium, was not built for the Mets. It was the New York Giant's field which the expansion team Mets used until Shea Stadium was built.
