Save data is tied to the 3DS that wrote it, so it should be clarified what you're trying to do. If you want to plainly copy the data from one 3DS to another 3DS, this is not possible. The other 3DS will be unable to use this data as it was not written by that console. If however you mean you want to do a System Transfer and retain the game's save data on the new system, you perform the transfer first and then swap SD cards over, and the new console will treat it the same as the old one did.

It depends. If you are creating the game room, you must go into the game yourself, then you go to wherever the multiplayer section is in your game. If you are joining, it depends on the game. In a game like Mario Kart, you must go into the game to join races via Wi-Fi. On other games, you might have to go into the DS Download Play pre-installed app on your DS.

All 3DS applications and games downloaded from the Nintendo eShop can be deleted from the Data Management section of system settings:

From the Data Management menu, select Nintendo 3DS, then software. Select the application you want to remove, select "Delete" and confirm.

Not entirely...the 3DS comes downloaded with augmented reality games which are all 3d. It doesn't matter what game you put in it. It has a 3d slider if you want it off or on or even in between. All games are 3d on this thing! :)

- The NDS cannot play 3DS games so it will not connect if the 3DS is playing 3D games

To transfer DSiWare from a DSi to a 3DS, you first must download the Nintendo 3DS Transfer Tool from the Nintendo DSi shop onto the DSi. Once this is downloaded, launch it from the DSi Menu.

On the 3DS, enter system settings, then underneath "Other Settings" select the System Transfer option on the third page. After the 3DS checks your Internet connection (you must be able to connect to the Internet on both systems so that DSiWare licenses are transfered properly) select "Transfer from Nintendo DSi." Read through the next few screens until the system says that it is searching for a system to transfer from.

On the DSiWare, select "Transfer to Nintendo 3DS," read through the next few screens then select the name of your 3DS from the next menu. Once you confirm the connection on the 3DS you will be given a list of options on the DSi as to what you want to transfer:

Full - This will transfer everything: Your Wireless settings, photos, Nintendo DSi sound recordings, and DSiWare games.

DSiWare - Use this to transfer individual DSiWare games to the 3DS.

Follow the prompts on the DSi to start the transfer. While the transfer is taking place, progress will be shown on the 3DS.
