Why does the price of olive oil differ because of the means of extraction?
The price of the olive oil is varied somewhat by how many processes are used to refine and extract the oil, and somewhat by the quality of olives (the best are scarcer, hence more expensive) required to process it. There is a very good reason why good quality "EVOO" (as Rachael Ray calls it)* costs more than plain "utility" olive oil.
* EVOO= Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Does olive oil remove scratches from leather?
Yes and No.
It really depends on the quality of leather you are working on. We have a very high quality dark brown leather couch, and two lesser quality club chairs.
On the high quality leather, the olive oil worked wonders. The scratch dissappeared before my eyes.
On the low quality leather, the olive oil lessened the look of the scratches, but did not get rid of them.
Hope that helps!

Why would a sailor get an olive oil tattoo and where?
No precise idea ;- )
Perhaps because of the cartoon character 'Popeye the Sailor Man', who consumes copious amounts of spinach to help strengthen him, enabling him to protect his love interest 'Olive Oyl' against 'Bruno' the bad Captain.
(Hence spinach with a serving suggestion of olive oil)
It is possible that Popeye had an olive oil tattoo on his arm, and maybe other sailors sport it as a tribute to the infamous cartoon character.
I am not a doctor, so don't take my word for it, but that seems kind of high, especially since you didn't have carbs for breakfast. As far as I can tell from what my doctor's told me, and what I've found online, your blood sugar should be below 150 two hours after a meal, and ideally under 120. I'd be a little worried if I were you, though, since eggs, ham and tomato don't have much in the way of carbs, so, I would say that's a pretty high reading. If you're concerned about it, definitely go see a doctor. Better safe than sorry!
