I just railed 20 mg's of oxy and about 10 mg's of medidate (like adderall) last night after reading this... It was not a desirable effect. I fealt unstable, and had bouts of cold sweats. I am still here to talk about it but I would never do it again... word to the wise- dont mix uppers and downers

Neither drug is "safe" even by itself. But, as far as the combination causing any immediate danger, I have mixed the two very many times with no problem. The Adderall seems to make the OC hit you faster and stronger but will speed it out of your system faster, especially if you dont eat on the Adderall.
i disagree. i have railed a 40mg of an oxy with 60 mg of adderall and i think its the best thing ever! first the oxy then the adderall which makes me stay high longer. i have done many "scientific" tests on this subect and think its the best combination anyone could choose!
