They are the same gun, except for the carry handle, body look and number of rails. Neither is better, unless you want the carry handle (alpha black) or rails (carver one) There are literally no advantages to either over the other.

The Gryphon has nicer features, like an asa on the grip. However if you plan on playing for more than a few months, you should buy a marker at least in the 100 dollar range if you want it to last.

Firstly, this depends on what kind of paintball you play, and what kind of gun you want to get. Most speedball companies do not make scenario markers, and most woodsball companies do not have excellent speedball guns. Even in Speedball, a poppet vs spool valved marker would change the order of best companies a lot

The tippmann sl-74 I and sl-74II are threaded for sl-74.

The tippmann pro-carbine is pro-carbine threaded.

The Tippmann 98 is 2 different threads, they changed half way through production. An older barrel may not work on a newer gun because of tighter tolerances in the older stuff, but you can buy adapters if you happen to get into a jam like this. (Mostly you don't have to worry about this unless you get EXTREMELY unlucky)

Tippmann a-5's are threaded for a tippmann a-5 adapter witch then screws into the gun.

Tippmann x-7's are the same thread as a-5's.

This statement is half true but half untrue. The tippmann A5 and 98 custom do indeed have different threads. But after the A5 tippmann made the X7 which has identical threads to that of an A5. Because of this a barrel with "Tippmann A5" threads, will fit on a tippmann x7, but will not fit on a tippmann 98 custom.

Debounce has to do with the trigger and the microswitch coming into contact with each other. You can set it up to specific standards to where you only need a 1/4 pull to fire a shot. Though be carefull, it can make your gun illegal.

After 3 shots happening 1 second or closer to each other the 4th shot it auto, then if you let go you have 1 second to press tje trigger again or you have to do the 3 shot ramp again.
