Is a paintball gun considered a firearm in Florida?
It is legal to own air rifles in Pennsylvania, but it is not legal to hunt with them, even with a license.
Is an angel paintball gun good?
They are still top of the line, but are starting to show their age.
While they can still shoot as fast as any of the top-end guns today, they are not very nooby-friendly, and the older ones require a Low-pressure airtank instead of the high-pressure tank that all other guns use. This creates problems in that you cannot find many aftermarket parts for your gun, and many people are unsure of how to work on them.
That being said the newer Angels such as the Angel Speed and the Angel Fly, are still very hardworking and very fast guns.

How do you load gas to paintball marker?
Most commonly, a tank with compressed nitrogen, compressed air, or liquid CO2 is used. The process is basically simple, but must be done carefully because a failure between the tank and its valve can be fatal.
First, check the bottle and the gun. Make sure there is no damage to either. Make sure the seal on the bottle is intact and in place. Then align the bottle to the gun and gently turn the bottle on a few turns. Make sure it is properly threaded.
Then, aim the bottle towards the ground and away from any people. Keeping your hands away from the bottom of the bottle, rapidly turn the bottle until it is fully seated in the gun. Do not use excessive force.
To remove the bottle, you basically reverse the process. However, this process is significantly more dangerous and you must pay attention to what you are doing. It is vital that you keep your hands away from the bottom of the bottle, do not aim the bottle at or near any people.
As you unscrew the bottle from the gun, make 100% sure that the valve is turning with the bottle. If it is not, stop immediately. Most CO2 bottles will have a white line across the tank and valve. This will make it easy to see if one is turning without the other.
Paintballs can hurt. And if they hit you in the eye without protection, you could loes an eye. But CO2 bottles can kill people. Please be careful and have an expert show you how to do this safely if you have any questions.
HPA tank stands for High Pressure Air and is a 3500 to 5000 psi canister for paintball made of steel or carbon fiber. It is an alternative to CO2 tanks, and is also called: Nitrogen tank, nitro or air tank.
How does a paintball gun work?
There are many types of paintball guns ranging from Semi-Automatic blowback guns to Electropneumatic guns. The simplest to explain is the Semi auto blow-back. First, the pressure from the tank builds up and flows through either a steel hose, or macroline. Then a certain amount it builds up in the valve. Then the trigger is pulled, pulling down a sear, which releases the striker, which is pushed forward by the mainspring towards the vavle. In Tippmanns there is a forward bolt, attached to the striker with the valve in the middle, where in spyder types the bolt is above the striker with the valve in front. At the same Time the Bolt pushes the balls past the detents, which keep it from falling out, and the striker hits the valve pin, which allows air to flow through the bolt, pushing the ball out of the barrel at high speeds.
What is the best inexpensive paintball gun?
If you're just getting into Paintball a huge deterrent is the amount of money you must spend just to start paying. Most beginners start with a gun and package of around 100-150 dollars. This means you are looking for a decent preforming and extremely durable marker. You do not want to blow all of your money on an electric marker that's going to shoot faster than you need. Do not buy any of the $50 gun packages at Walmart unless you are planning only to play one time.
A short answer would be to look at the: Tippmann 98, US army Alpha black, Azodin Kaos, and Spyder Mr1 and decide for yourself.
A detailed description would be:
The most common starting gun is the Tippmann 98, because it is sold at most sporting goos stores. It is usually sold in a basic starter package with a mask, loader, and tank at a lower price than usual. After you've played for a few moths, it is also easily upgradeable to fit your needs. However I do not feel this is the best option
My recommendation would be the Azodin Kaos. It is a stacked tube blowback that won the TechPB award in the <$100 category. It has a nice trigger and detention system for a starter marker as well as completely industry standard parts, so all stores carry barrels, feednecks, asa's, and macro line parts for it. Azodin Took the sub-par (non-mr) spyder designs and put quality and durable parts into them.
If you already have the basic Paintball gear and only need a gun Tippmann also makes a Carver One and Alpha Black, which are basically 98's but were built, in part, with the US army and come cheaper, but are not sold in packages usually. They also have slight modifications like : the carver one does not have a forward handgrip, and the Alpha black has a carrying handle.
Another marker to look at is the spyder MR1. It is a cheap marker that comes with a stock right out of the box, which can be good for people who are very used to actual shotguns and rifles or are uncomfortable with shouldering CO2 tanks.
edited for: spyder uses the same internals in the MR series as they do in all their other markers so one being more durable than the other is just a myth, also, the tippmann design changed in 04 where they started using plastic power tubes and not quite as strong metals, they are not indestructible as tippmann would have you believe but they are also not repair buckets. in all reality durability between tippmann and spyder is a wash at this point as both markers depend more on how the owner takes care of them over how they are built. if you really want the tank that the tippmann 98 once was it is still made as the BT-4 as that is where Ben Tippmann went and started when the board at tippmann pneumatics let him go - Trbo323
How many shots in a 24 oz paintball tank?
It really depends on how fast you're shooting, don't forget to take that into account. However if you are shooting around 280 fps, you can probably get up to 900 shots.
it will not be any more accurate, a paintball marker is not a firearm the physics are different. in all reality the first 8" of a barrel are for accuracy, anything after that is to quiet the shot down and give the ball a little more room to accelerate
How do you join a paintball team?
When players are in high limit games in casinos or at late stages of tournaments for world series of poker events, agents notice them and ask them to join their team. A player may ask to join a team, but they would need to be extremely good or possibly famous to be seriously considered.
Do you need license for paintball gun?
It depends on what you mean by "sell". If you mean put it on Ebay for trade, or on PBnation then no. you have every right to do so. If however, you mean to open a shop and sell goods then yes.
As long as you are only looking at sphere paintballs of .68 caliber the only real variable is exit velocity. As far as the sport is concerned exit velocity is determined by the field for safety reasons (and should NEVER exceed 300fps). While an argument can be made for adding backspin to the ball which will allow the paintball to travel further, in the sport the paint looses speed as it flies so even thought the ball is still in the air, it will not have enough energy to break on a player at the added distance. There is no type of marker that will shoot any further than any other marker since the exit velocity will be identical for each regardless of barrel length or any other factors.

The Wards Western Field model 5 is the same as the (Sears) JC Higgins model 85, both of which are the MAPF (La Manufacture d'Armes des Pyrénées Françaises, later Manufacture des Pyrénées - Hendaye) Unique model D2, also known as Le Corsair, which entered production in the mid-1950s. The model D came in varying barrel lengths and were named D1 through D6, depending on barrel length. Unique went out of business about 2005.
Parts can be obtained from Numrich and Bob's Gun Shop , and replacement grips specifically from Vintage Gun Grips . And, of course, parts show up on the usual firearms auction sites, Gunbroker and Auction Arms, and sometimes on eBay (there are no firearms on eBay, but gun parts are sold on it).
Check under all three names -- sellers do not always list all available parts under all the names.

Is it possible to be killed by getting shot in the throat by a paintball gun?
As long as you wear a mask there is no chance of a death...... however being shot in the eye has a chance to cause brain damage, and cause enough trauma to kill.
That being said, If you wear your mask and play safely, Paintball is less dangerous than Football, hockey, jogging, fishing, swimming, or even Bowling.

a 9oz tank will most likely only shoot 200-300 rounds. There are though, many different variables to take into mind. This includes weather, the marker, and paint.
well a 3.2 ounce shoots close to 300 so a 9 ounce would probably shoot 600+ but since many types of markers are different it would determine. ipersonally have a tippman and it saves alot
