There is nothing about parakeets' color that relates to their personality. It is how they are raised and tamed that matters!
How can you tell if your parakeet is a boy or a girl?
Okay well I don't know about the first answer.. but the second one is only right with some mutations of budgies. You have all heard the standard, hens have brown ceres and cocks have blue. This is not entirely true. Hens have brown or beige crusty ceres when they are in breeding condition. While they are not in breeding condition it is completely normal for a hen to have a white or blue cere. Normal cocks have blue or whitish/blue ceres. But, don't be fooled, Ino cocks (albinos, lutinos and creaminos) develop pink ceres.
To sex your budgie you will need to know its mutation and age. Young budgies are harder to sex than adults because there cere will not have fully developed. If you cannot sex a young budgie I would suggest you post a picture of its cere on a budgie forum and ask the experts ;).

What is a fast effective way to finger train a budgie?
Start by spending a few days just putting your hand into the budgie's cage, putting it a little further in each day. Just rest your hand on the floor of the cage, so that the budgie can become accustomed to it. When you can get your hand close enough to the bird to touch it, and the bird does not react by flying off, just lay your finger against the bird's feet. When the bird finally steps on your hand instead of flying away, softle repeat a cue word, such as "up" or "step." Repeat ech step of the process until the bird is comfortable with it before moving on to the next. Eventually, you will be able to say the cue word and the bird will hop onto your finger.
How many male and female parakeets can you put in one cage?
It depends on the size of your cage, dear. If you have a cage big enough for two, than two. There are room sized bird aviaries with dozens of male/females birds inside of them, just be ready for them to breed.

Why are your parakeets feet warm?
My budgie Smokey is the same way, he is skidish and doesnt like to be handled. I would keep an eye on them, because my other budgie Sprite is happy, broght, so it might just be a minor thing. If your budies feet are warm and wont let you jandle them or bite hard(which is normal no matter what) leep a good eye on them. sorry this wasnt great help, but i just wanted to point that out!!

Budgies don't simply kill other budgies. Animals aren't like people and randomly go killing people because they're angry at someone. I think something is very, very wrong with your parakeet if he keeps doing that.Keep him in a separate cage. But you mentioned up aboce that if you let him out, maybe he'll stop killing his buddies. You should already be letting your petsout daily. How would you like it if you were stuck in your house all day and all night? Roomy and comfortable, sure, but I bet you still wouldn't like it. And not letting your friend out of his cage every day or so may be driving him mad, which may be why he's acting so. Also, did you notice anything different about him or the world around you? Perhaps he is sick, or a recent change is causing him stress. Anyways, take him to the vet's office right away, whether you have noticed a change or not. Also, keep him separated from the other budgies.
The breeder should know the age of the parakeet. Check the ring/band for details, sometimes they're used for identifying breeders, dates of birth or gender.
A general rule to go by is: the older a bird, the larger the scales on it's feet. Of course, you need a young bird to compare it with.
