Persephone is both goddess of spring (life) and goddess who is Queen in the Underworld (death).

Persephone is the daughter of Zeus and Demeter, son and daughter of Rhea and Cronus, who are another brother-sister pair the children of Gaea and Ouranus.

In Greek mythology, Persephone does not necessarily hate Hades. She becomes his wife after being abducted by him to the Underworld. Persephone's emotions towards Hades vary in different versions of the myth, but she is often portrayed as conflicted or resigned to her fate rather than outright hating him.

Greek myth does not give a birth date for the Greek goddess Persephone, but it is known that in Greek myth she never died.

Persephone never died.She spent half her years in the underworld,then half her years in the upperworld.

Hades is Persephone's husband. Persephone was promised to Hades as his bride, by her father Zeus. But Zeus neglected to inform both Persephone and her mother Demeter of this arrangement. It was Greek tradition for the husband to claim his new bride and carry her away to live at his home.. so this is exactly what Hades did. He burst forth from the Underworld to claim Persephone; but to Persephone she had no idea what was happening and it turned into an abduction. She was horribly upset for quite some time, but I do believe she warmed up to him after a while and has come to love him as her husband.

Persephone's father is Zeus. Her mother is Demeter.

She had eaten 6 pomegranate seeds after being kidnapped by Hades and if you eat food in the Land of the Dead, you must remain there. Therefore Persephone must remain in the underworld for 6 months of the year.

Both the pomograntet and the asphodel have been associated with Persephone as her symbols.

Persephone became famous because of the myth of Hades kidnapping her into the Underworld.

Hades didn't force Persephone to marry him.

Zeus (Persephone's Father) promised her hand in marriage to Hades, but he neglected to inform both Persephone and Demeter (Persephone's Mother) of this. Hades came to claim his bride, which turned into an abduction because Persephone didn't know about it.

She was very mad and upset at him for a very long time, but I do believe that she eventually warmed up to him (since due to the eating of pomegranate seeds she spends half of the year with him), and I think she did marry him of her own accord.

Persephone is Her Greek name, and Proserpine or Proserpina is Her Roman name. As the maiden She is also known as Kore.

Unless I missed something BIG, I don't think Persephone killed anything.

She was in a meadow picking flowers for her mother that she had never seen before when Hades realize she wonder away from the "maidens" and her mother and took it as his chance to get her.

Persephone didn't eat anything down in the Underworld and until he gave her a promangate fruit.Zeus demaded that Hades give Persephone back to her Mother(Demeter) so she would let life back into the earth again.Hades said he will agree but how many seeds Peresphone eats then that's how many months she stays in the Underworld a year..Peresphone eats 6 seeds=spring,summer(she w her mother)and fall,winter=she down in the Underworld w Hades and her mother is mourning her.

Gods and Goddesses don't exactly age in denominations of time. But, she was of a mature age.

Every year, Persephone spends the autumn/winter (when plants die) with Hades, and returns with spring/summer.

With Zeus, Persephone had: Zagreus, Melinoe and Macaria.

With Hades, Persephone had: the Erinyes.

Hades and Persephone are King and Queen of the Underworld, that being the dwelling place of the dead: they, however, were both firmly immortals.

Greek goddess: immortal, ageless.
