It depends on the ingredients, the assisting materials or spices you use. If you add a little vinegar, lemon..it will reduce the pH (tends to acidic). Tomato if added will also reduce pH
It is very hard to lower pH in an aquarium. The store with suggest using "PH Down," but it does not work. I have tried it, but the pH just goes back to normal within a day. Using chemicals to lower your pH usually will do more harm than good. It is better to just keep your pH at a constant number.

When fire ants bite, they inject a solution into the skin that is an alkaloid mixture that contains allergenic proteins and toxins. The pH of a bite can range from 6 to higher.
It shouldn't. A pH of 5.5 is much too acid to keep tropical fish. The only fish that will survive at this pH are species that are specifically adapted to very acid water, such as chocolate gouramis and some tetras. If you want to keep tropical fish, you will need to buffer the pH by adding something like oxy blocks to your water.
The pH value of natural clean water is 7 making it neutral, however some contaminated H2O are acidic or alkalinic therfore making its pH value range from 1-6 or 8-12. Lemon juice is acidic and contains slaked lime which has a chemical formula of CaO and is pronounced as Calcium oxide, some other kind of lemon/lime is Ca(OH)2 pronounced as Calcium hydroxide. Our drinking water PH level varies between 6.5 and 9.5.
the safest PH level of drinking water would be 7 which is the PH level of PURE WATER.
When water has a low pH level it is called "soft water." Soft water is more acidic; with the pH between 6 and lower, it can be harmful to metals and cause stain in clothes. When water has high pH level, it is "hard water." Hard water isn't harmful but can cause many things. Hard water has a bad taste and it causes build up on plumbing. Hard water can also create a strange appearance to your clothing and dishware and even make your hair look dull. PH levels of water cannot affect your health largely but it can cause problems.
1.4. Very few people realize how acidic muffins really are - that is until they lose a hand during breakfast.
The boiling point of ginger ale is when it starts to bubble and then it is foaming, this is when the substance point is at its boiling point.
Yes, all liquids have a pH value.
Olive oil is acidic; a very good olive oil has an acidity of max. o,3 %.
The normal or healthy range of pH in drinking water should be between 6.5 and 8.5. However, pH on it's own is not necessarily a problem (orange juice has a pH of 3.5). If the pH of the drinking water is below 7, it is acidic (and considered "soft") and has potential to leach metals from the pipes it travels through. It is these metal ions that may be of concern. If the pH is over 7 it will be basic (and considered "hard") and will likely contain minerals that are actually beneficial to heart health and that improve the taste of beer when made with this hard water.
there is pretty much no acidity in a grapefruit...
it is only bitterness.A good pH range for goldfish is 7.2 to 7.6 If it is higher than this, it will shorten your goldfish's lifespan dramatically, and can irritate his slime coat, which is how they fight off diseases. Also ammonia thrives in harder water, so they can get gill burn, and other nasty things that kill them.
Trout are cold water fish, and cannot tolerate temps over 75 degrees. Source;Cherokee Reservation Trout Hatchery, Cherokee, NC
the pH of whole fat butter (72-86% fat) is 4.1-4.6 mainly because FFA.
As a rule of thumb;
Alkaline minerals include: calcium, magnesium, and potassium.
Acidic minerals include: iodine, phosphorus, and sulfur.
