Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2 are the sequels of Pokémon Black and Pokémon White. Black and White 2 take place 2 years following the end of Black and White. In the sequels, you start off in Aspertia City as a new Pokémon Trainer as you make your way through the Unova region which has been redesigned in some places. Recommended to have Fire Type Pokemon (To resist the Ice type attacks) and bring Dragon Type Pokemon (For offensive). Also bring a lot of Ultra Balls or Dusk Balls. Arceus is unobtainable in Black 2 unless you trade from a Previous game or you have a friend who is nice enough to trade you one.
How do you get your Pokemon from Emerald onto Black 2?
Depends on what game you're trading it from.If it's from Black or White or White 2, you trade like normal; go to the Pokemon Center and go to the Union Room. Do the same on the other game on a separate DS. Then "talk" to the character from the other game and trade.
HOWEVER
If you are talking about from a Generation IV game (Diamond/Pearl/Platinum or HS/SS), there is NO WAY to trade.
You can, however, go to the Poke Transfer lab nearby Black City (route 15) to transfer Pokemon from a Gen IV game to your Black 2.
KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU ARE NOT TRADING AND THEY WILL BE THERE PERMANENTLY
Additionally, you will need the National Pokedex!!
The dude in the Poke Transfer Lab should walk you through it, but I'll explain it anyway (I might be a little wrong, I'm doing this from memory)
On one DS with your Black 2 inserted, get to the Poke Transfer Lab nearby Black City. On another DS, have your Gen IV game inserted, but instead of starting the game up, select DS Download Play.
On the DS with Black 2, talk to the guy in the upper level of the transfer lab, and he'll walk you through what I just told you.
On the second DS, something should come up in DS Download play after you've initiated the transfer.
The Pokemon you transfer over, I'm pretty sure they need to be in one of the Storage Boxes, and you need to have at least 6 Pokemon in the box.
After that, you just need to play the minigame-- launch pokeballs at the Pokemon bouncing around in the bushes.

i just tried this and either i had the wrong cresselia (tried both the one i captured in black 2 and the one imported from pearl) or i was in the wrong grotto (directly north of the entrance to the giant chasm crater forest) but this did not work at all.

Haxorus can't be caught in the wild. However, you can go 2 ways:
1.) Capture Axew in Mistralton Cave (usually caught at lvl 31) evolve it to Fraxure at lvl 38, and then evolve fraxure into Haxorus on lvl 48.
2.) capture Fraxure on victory road (This is very hard to do). Then evolve it to Haxorus on lvl 48.

In Pokémon White 2, you cannot catch both Zekrom and Reshiram. Reshiram is the only one that is available for capture in White 2. You can capture Reshiram after you've beaten Iris, the Pokémon League Champion. After you've beaten her, you can find the ruins of N's Castle within the Victory Road and then challenge him to a battle. Following you defeating him, Reshiram will revert to stone form and N will surrender it to you. You can then go to the top of Dragonspiral Tower and the stone will revert back to Reshiram at which point you can battle it in a capture attempt.
