You cannot get to the Dream World in Pokémon White itself however in order to access the Dream World, you have to get the C-Gear from Fennel in Striaton City after receiving the Trio Badge and the Dream Mist from the Dreamyard. After she gives you the C-Gear, you'll have to register for a Pokémon Trainer Club account and then you'll be able to use the Game Sync menu where the "Continue, New Game, Mystery Gift" options are at in order to get your Game Sync ID and then you can use your ID with your Trainer Club account in order to register for a Global Link account.

Snivy. I started of with him and he's never failed me. Oshawott misses a lot for my friend who started and pretty much everyone that i know whose partnered up with him/her. Snivy has better moves, more chance of K.Os, but Oshawott evolves quicker. Snivy's way cooler and reliable. Plus I got all the legendarys with just him!
