To get surf in Pokèmon Chaos Black you must defeat every trainer in Mt. Moon and must pick the Helix Fossil. Then you return to Professor Oak and he will give you a the HM surf in trade for the fossil. Only Helix he will except. Have fun!

No, there is a Mewthree on Chaos Black but its fake and gets jammed when you migrate it. There is rumours though if you use 99 Moon Stones on Mewthree on Chaos Black it evolves into Mewfour though this is highly unlikely.

Mewthree is a glitch which appears to be a new type of mew but it makes a moltres cry, has moltreses pokedex, and moltreses sprite. He isn't avaible in platnium, u must capture him in a game called Pokemon caos black.

T Actually the game is not official but it is playable. There is no way to get past mt. moon on the gameboy rom but if you are using an emulator you would have to use cheats.
