from what I know, the game is called a hack game. I not sure if its legal, but I think that if you check in Bulbapedia, you type in Chaos Black, It will tell you more about it. It has LOTS of SWEAR Words, so I don't think it is legal

No Magikarp can't use surf in any version.

You can find it in the patch of grass to the right of Viridian City. Don't use Furegul though. Give it Rare Candies of the Exp. Share so it evolves into Metalgul at level 30. Because of a coding error, sending out Furegal will cause you to get a blue screen, and you will lose your save data.

You can;

Trade with your friends or if you have a ditto that is the opposite gender of the Pokemon you can put both of them in the Pokemon day care and breed them. Unfortunately Ditto can't be found in Pokemon black (I think it's from Kanto region). Be aware when you breed the new Pokemon will be a level 1.

There are three theories, but I haven't tested them out.

1. there should be this large rock and if you press A it will disappear so you can pass.

2. Train Magicarp to level 25 and he will learn surf.

3. If you get the helix fossil you can trade it with oak for TM surf.

To get surf in Pokèmon Chaos Black you must defeat every trainer in Mt. Moon and must pick the Helix Fossil. Then you return to Professor Oak and he will give you a the HM surf in trade for the fossil. Only Helix he will except. Have fun!

Go into the museum walk to the back into the library walk onto some stairs in front of a bookshelf press a to read a book in the back is a clue follow the clues and after you read the last book the bookshelf moves to the side showing stairs that lead to the normal type gym leader

Pokemon chaos black is a fire red hack its just hackers changed it a little bit so yes it does work

sorry but you cant its a glitch in the game because its a hacked version of leafgreen so you'll need the walk through wall cheat to get past the mount. moon area ( mount. moon is the first glitch you encounter. )

No, there is a Mewthree on Chaos Black but its fake and gets jammed when you migrate it. There is rumours though if you use 99 Moon Stones on Mewthree on Chaos Black it evolves into Mewfour though this is highly unlikely.

acullay esplime doesn't evolve at all because my one is lvl 100

no it is a made up Pokemon game that people faked to make money. you can uasally tell if it is fake because the game case look like photo shop work.
