Actually, Sky fissure is the Spacial Rift. In order to get this, you must first graduate from the guild. Sometime later (I wont reveal the story, find it out yourself for the excitement) , Palkia will appear at your hideout and take you and your partner to the Spacial Rift. Upon your second visit there, you will be able to recruit Palkia.

dusknoir was really easy because i was a 73, but most people are about a level 35 to 45 at that time. i just train at the marowak dojo a lot. p.s. i was a pikachu and my parters at that time were turtwig and grovyle
