I know this may sound disappointing but to get Destiny Tower you have to beat the game then make drinks at Spinda's Cafe. However, it may take a long time because it's so random. I had once gotten it but my game crashed and I had to turn it off but I didn't save it.
How do you befriend Giratina?

For Explorers of Time and Darkness: You can go to the World Aybass (WNWY JXTK &5C1 4N3- P4NM 8K&C) and is found on the 30th floor. You also get the Rock Horn (higher recruit rate for rock pokemon).
For Explorers of Sky:
I think it's called the Great Hole (sorry I'm not an expert, I only own Explorers of Time and Darkness!) and I'm also pretty sure it can only be received in a random mission in Spinda's Cafe.

Bagons can be found in Wyvern hill Floor 1-4, Lapis Cave Floor 9-13, Wish cave Floor 45-49 and Joyous tower Floor 42-45.for evolutions it goes Bagon-Shelgon-Salamence annd thats about all i can tell u hope u got wat u needed.

Yes you can but regice, steel and rock all might take more than one time to recruit after aegis cave. Regigas is 100percent recruitment so you just fight him once after aegis cave. ( note: i got all the regis except for ice on my first try so their not THAT HARD to recruit).

How do you beat Dialga in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2?

its pretty easy!just follow these few steps,the 1st way is the easiest,the 2nd is okay,the 3rd is not bad...etc.
- Have a mudkip as your Pokemon or your partner.Make you or your partner learn endeavor.(mudkip can,)Now that you've got to do that,go in front of dialga and use endeavor,for endeavor will match dialga's hp with your hp;Dialga should take almost 1,000 damage.It should be easy to destroy dialga.
- Have your partner and you go near dialga,so he'll just have to use short range attacks like metal claw,ancient power,etc.That way things go A LOT easier,trust me!
- Get a partner or yourself to learn a ground or fighting type move,have that Pokemon's tactic set to fight all enemies,and you will just go to the nearest corner.Now that that's set,keep on giving oran berries to your partner or if you have a fighting or ground type move,give your partner a get away from here tactic to avoid getting hit by that pesky roar of time!
- Get yourself to be a munchlax,(only you can be a munchlax)munchlax can however,learn grudge,so have your munchlax get hit by a roar of time while you use grudge,BOOM!your munchlax has reduced ALL of dialga"s pp for roar of time.
- Have you and your partner go all the way to the bottom of the area,this can be preformed by getting your partner a get away from here tactic,and you immobilize dialga somehow.Dialga's roar of time will be useless and you can just hit dialga with long,special moves;Just line up you and dialga using the map.

The evolutionary item Thunderstone is found on the 29th floor of Lightning Field. Search the floor thoughroughly as there are often multiple stones. That is the only place to get Thunderstones, though, and it is only on that level.

All you have to do is release Jirachi. When you go to his dungeon's last floor, Jirachi will be there again and will grant you a wish as long as you have the Wish Stone with you.

If you mean explorers of sky, I'm not sure. I tried twice today. Probably they mean newly discovered legendaries and ones that are in the story (aka: Celebi) All I know AT THE MOMENT are Uxie, Azelf, Mesprit, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Shaymin, Regi trio, Regigigas, Cresselia, Darkrai, Manaphy, Phione and Heatran. Who knows?

beat darkrai, get a sun ribbon,raise its IQ to 2 and make sure you have got luminous cave you MUST have done all of those to get him to evolve
note: if you didnt begin with him as yourself or your partner you don't have to beat darkrai
