Not necessarily. You get at least one foil card in every pack, and many promotional sets will have a shiny card in. Some cards are both rare and in foil, but foilness alone doesn't imply rarity.
If you are talking about cards, then I don't think so. If you are talking about the games, then no it isn't fake. Blissey can have up to 600 HP when it is level 100. There are a whole lot more that can get over 200 HP.
hard call

It depends. A booster pack will be about £1.50 to £3.00 second hand, a new booster pack will be about 3 or 4 pounds. Theme Decks vary from about £7.00 to £15.00 and Tins vary from £9.00 to £20.00. Hope this helps! ;)

Item,and any thing you want

Well if you wanna know it's worth 60.99$. If you wanna know more about what Pokemon cards are worth go to www.pokeorder.com and you'll find answers.
I myself have tried to do this. In the end, I discovered that some things that are illegal, must stay illegal
Any symbol in the bottom right corner that is a shape like a square, circle, triangle, etc. means that your card is just common. A black or white star in the corner mean that it is rare. A reflective silver star means that it is ultra rare.
There are several versions of "old Pokemon cards". The oldest, with only older Pokemon such as Pidgy or Charmander, is a blocky, one color one element format. That is NOT allowed. The other version of "old Pokemon cards" is very similar to the Diamond and Pearl design. This is allowed.
Here's how you can tell a Pokemon is fake: Lets just say for example you have completed the pokedex you can see each Pokemon's picture in the pokedex if you see a Pokemon that isn't on that list in the wild or in a battle then it's fake. Also another meaning to fake Pokemon are Pokemon captured using cheats you can tell there fake because they will have incredible stats and should have the Pokemon virus called pokerus also it shouldn't mention where the Pokemon was captured unless they cheated to reach the area where they catch it.
I work with ToyWiz.com, and we do sell only real, mint condition cards. We're based in Nanuet, NY, and we've been selling trading cards, toys and collectibles for 20 years! Please let us know if we can help with any questions.
You should try looking at target or toysRus. I also know of a little store named Fred's and they sell Pokemon cards.
Only Box toppers (large pokemon cards). These cards can't be used in the tcg game as they are banned. They are only valuable to collectors.
To conclude, there is no pokemon card that can deal 1000 damage, but there are cards that have the ability to.
(if this confuses you, think of the really annoying sentece that teachers always say when you ask to go to the toilet... "You may, but you can not.")
