What is the name of the polar bear capital?

The "Polar Bear Capital of the World" is Churchill, Manitoba. It was established in 1717, and is famous for having Polar Bear encounters. The locals have learned many daily habits to deal with them. In fact, there have only been two deaths from Polar Bears. The First in 1968 was when some local teenagers tracked a bear in the freshly fallen snow through town. When they found him, they proceeded to throw rocks at him, and taunt him. The bear killed one of the teens, and then the bear was shot. Then in 1983, a local man was raiding a burned out hotel when he found some meat in a freezer. It was still fresh and he filled his pockets with it the meat, intending to loot from the hotel. But a Polar Bear in the local area had smelled the meat, and the man was killed. The Polar Bear was later tracked and shot. That was the last death caused by a Polar Bear in Churchill. They do cause damage, but most of the locals have a fond view of them, and the damage is caused when they are intent on finding food. They have slowly become a tourist attraction for the area. The Town even has a Polar Bear "Jail" for bears that are misbehaving repeatedly, or keep getting too close to the town. This has greatly cut down on the Polar Bear encounters in the area.
