Well, since this never occured in the book series, I just conjured it up on my own. In the show, Hanna has a party after getting hit by a car, and Mona was the one to set it up, even though Hanna didn't nessacarily want one.

Afterwards, once the party was over and her mom got home, her mom quickly searched the cabinet and saw the money was gone. I can only guess that Mona found it, but I don't know. I hope this somewhat helped :D

Well it turns out that in the end... A is actually Alis twin sister who was stuck in a mental institue.. Alis twin sister cortney stuck Ali in the institute and Went around being Ali... Ali tried to get people to understand that she was the real Ali but no one believed her...

So Ali twin Cortney pretends to be Ali and the girl they were friends with in 7th grade was actually cortney... One day Ali escapes from the institute and kills Cortney for pretending to be her.. Then later on kills Ian and try's to kill Melissa and Alis 4 bffs at the time Spencer Aria Emily and Hannah.... She was the one who was A the while time and was taking revenge on Cortney for being her... And ruining her life and Taking revenge on Cortneys Friends and aqquantences and everyone part of her life bcuz it could have been Ali's life....

The Jamaica Thing is that the four pretty little liars killed a young girl, Tabitha Clark, because they thought that she was Alison. They thought it because she was teasing them with a bunch of secrets Ali only knew. They pushed her off some rooftop garden type thing into the ocean, cause she was threatening them & the girls thought she would try to kill them. About a year later the body is discovered & identified as Tabitha Clark.
