It does not seem possible with only a single camera to be different.If you want to know the differences between the camera parts for the USA Camera parts and the UK Camera Parts the name of the Gear-filled camera part USA changed to the Cog-filled Camera Part UK.

When you are working on Puzzle number 116, The Torn Photo and have already talked to Rory after collecting the 15 puzzle scraps. After you talk to Marina and serve her Tea 4 root Remedy you walk left and pick up the Photo scrap 16 from on top of the gate. I have added a link to puzzle number 116 under related questions.

Difference 1: The tree stump in the middle of the screen.
Difference 2: The red mushrooms on the bottom left corner of the screen.
Difference 3: On the top right hand side of the screen there's 2 piles clumps of leaves instead of 1.
