Why you should not add suite numbers or letters on locations on commercial business?
You absolutely should add the suite number or letter for a commercial address that shares an address with other businesses.
The only problem with suite or room numbers contained in an address is where in the address you place it. Most postal systems have been automated; that is the mail is sorted by machines. This means that the format for addresses should be a standard format to ensure that a machine will recognize each part of the address correctly. If machines can't recognize the parts of an address, the mail is misdirected or ejected for hand sorting, delaying delivery. The US Postal Service's standardized format (see the link below) is:
Attention Line (name or name & title of recipient)
Company or Organization
# Street Address, Suite #
City, State Zip
Or address of an individual:
Name of Recipient
# Street Address, Apt. #
City, State Zip
Check your postal system for their correct standardized format.

Is the wife of a mayor the mayoress?
The Wife of a Lord Mayor in the United Kingdom is properly and officially refereed to as a Lady Mayoress, citing the suffix -ess as applied for feminine titles in English.
Many former British Colonies follow suit, such as in Australia. Similar to the designation "First Lady", the Lady Mayoress has a symbolic nature towards events and the nation in general towards the area she represents.
When the Lord Mayor is female, she usually is not designated as the Lady Mayoress, but takes the title of Lord Mayor. There have been cases, however, of a female as Lord Mayor and her mother as Lord Mayoress, such as in Brisbane,UK.
In America, no such designation is official, but it is still a recognized term for the wife or a lady holding the position of mayor, although is not very popular as an American designation.

When is it correct to use Ms instead of Mrs?
'Ms' is a title used to refer to a female who does not wish her marital status to be known or whose marital status you do not know.
Another answer:
Never. "Ms" is an offensive fiction. Either one refers to an unmarried female as Miss and a married as Mrs. (for 'mistress'), or one may follow the earlier form of Miss for a girl and Mrs. for an adult woman, regardless of marital status.
Another answer:
It is correct to use Ms when addressing or referring to a woman who uses that title herself. The title exists; it is a fact, not a fiction, whether it offends you or not. While some people still believe that women should be forced to publicise their marital status in their name (unlike men) many others find that practice offensive and outdated. Referring to an unmarried woman as Mrs is also offensive, as is referring to anybody by a title which she or he does not apply to herself or himself.

Correct way to address someone in Japanese?
Addressing someone in Japanese, there are two main conventions to keep track of:
First, family and personal name. Japanese culture places the family above the individual, hence, they introduce themselves with their family name first, personal name second. When you talk to someone, always use the FAMILY NAME, unless they give you permission to use their personal name. Doing so indicates a good deal of familiarity, which is rude to assume. Similarly, asking to be referred to by personal name indicates a desire to be familiar, which may also be rude in certain situations.
Second, the Japanese make use of a number of suffixes to denote social status: -SAN is the general suffix used for adults and strangers, and politely toward older children. If in doubt, it is generally a safe bet - while it may occasionally be somewhat rude, it is usually better than nothing at all (see below).-SAMA is used for social superiors; high ranking politicians, corporate presidents, CEOs, managers and the like. It is best used sparingly, as using it against someone who doesn't deserve it (say, the manager of a small store) can easily be contrived as mocking the person in question.
-CHAN on the other hand is used mostly for young children, between female teenagers and toward close, female relatives or friends. Using it against older boys is teasing at best, a patronising insult at worst - and even more so against grown men.
-KUN is almost the opposite of -chan. It is used for boys or close acquaintances of equal or lower status, but rarely for girls.
-SENSEI translates as somewhere between "master" and "teacher", and is generally used towards educated people; doctors, teachers, scientists and martial arts masters. It is polite and respectful, as well as one of the more frequently used outside of Japan - many Dojos use it for the leaders of the establishment. It can also be used on its own, much like "doctor", if you do not know the person's name.
-SENPAI is really pronounced "sempai", and refers to a senior, be it a high school upperclassman or a more experienced employee at work. As above, it can be used on its own if you are uncertain about the person's name.
Finally, NOT using a suffix is, much like using a person's first name, a sign of amity. It means that you know each other well enough that you do not need to be formal with one another. Using it without permission however, is incredibly rude - it means that you do not respect the person enough to even give the pretence of politeness, which is a cornerstone of the Japanese mentality.
How do you write the letter of To whom so ever may concern?
When you write to someone in an organisation when you do not know specifically they are. It is perfectly acceptable to use who now instead of making a distinction between who (subject) and whom (object).
It is a pretty old-fashioned greeting and to write Dear Sir is acceptable, although some might suggest Dear Sir/Madam, or even Dear Sir/Ms

Would you use Mrs as title with your maiden name?
It is certainly permissible! (in this day and age, though not in Victorian England, for instance!). ;)
What is proper salutation to colleagues?
It depends on the professional culture. Some are more formal, and thus "Dr. Jones" would be most appropriate. Others are much less so, and either "Tom" or "Yo, dude" would be just as acceptable. Listen to what others are doing, and if in doubt, err on the side of politeness until invited otherwise. In a foreign language, use the formal address (Sie, usted, vous) until and unless invited to use the familiar forms.
In particular, be careful being too chummy with senior colleagues. They may say immediately, "Good heavens, don't call me Dr. Farnsworth, call me Hubert!" but let THEM extend the invitation to YOU!
