This applier and mix eliminated a scalp dandruff condition in less than a month, with an initial treatment and repeal maybe, every third day, then stretch it slowly an additional day until you can see the scalps healthy pink skin color. The initial condition of the scalp was very WHITE and thick with discarded scalp cells and much dandruff. The function of the Hydrocortisone was to eliminate itching and the Cetaphil cream worked its wonder transforming the white scaly scalp into a vibrant pink scalp in less than a month. Possibly the action was reversed, but I find Cetaphil products to work wonders with skin, including scalp. The receiving party has gone over 6 months without ANY type of treatment, and her scalp is STILL in pristine condition. Age: 80+
