M warning light Land Rover discovery?

This warning light lets you know that there has been some sort of problem in the transmission or shifting area. The "M" lets you know that the Disco is in "Limp" mode so as to prevent any damage. This light is normally accompanied by the Disco only allowing you to be in Park, Reverse or 3rd gear. To fix/remove this warning light..... Disconect the battery and turn the ignition key to remove any remaining stored power. Leave the Disco like this for at least 20 minutes. This will reset all systems and remove the light.
