Rascal Flatts were founded near Columbus, Ohio. Gary Levox and Jay DeMarcus are second cousins from a musical family. DeMarcus's brother-in-law, James Otto, is also a country music artist. DeMarcus moved to Nashville in 1992, earning his first record deal as part of a Christian group called East to West. In 1997, he finally convinced LeVox to leave behind his job with the Ohio Department of Mental Retardation and follow his musical dreams as well. DeMarcus soon joined Chely Wright's band, and there he met Joe Don Rooney. DeMarcus and LeVox were working in a Printer's Alley nightclub, and when their part-time guitarist could not make it one night, DeMarcus invited Rooney to sit in. Eventually, they took the name Rascal Flatts from a famous landmark in Oklahoma and began performing together, getting signed to Lyric Street Records in late 1999.

It's mainly about a teenage girl. She gets cancer. When he sings the line between the red cells and white, something's not right. It's the cancer. Her hair starts falling out. She has her very first boyfriend. When her boyfriend finds out she has cancer, she told him the same day as the prom night. When he got home he went and shaved his head for her. So she wouldn't feel alone because she was bald on prom night. It's sad but heartwarming.

Gary and Jay are second-cousins and Jay asked Gary to come sing with him because he knew that Gary had talent. One night when Gary and Jay were doing a gig, they had to get a sit-it guitarist, which was Joe Don. Right after they finished the first song they played, they just clicked, and they knew that they were awesome together. From there they did several gigs, and eventually got signed.

no they arent brothers, dizzee was helped into the grime scene by wiley and he has said he looked up to him like an older brother, but they arent related. they had a big fall out i think it was when dizzee got stabbed in ibiza and wiley ran away or something along the lines of that and they had beef for a few years

Joe Don Rooney of Rascal Flatts plays a number of instruments, but the one that he plays most, especially for the band, is electric guitar. He also plays acoustic, mandolin, bass, and others.

Rascal Flatts got there name when they were playing at a bar in Nashville. They told the small audience that they were still in need of a good name because they were not quite happy with their current name "Okla-hio". (Made from combining their two home states- Oklahoma and Ohio) After the show an older man came up to Gary LeVox and told him that he used to have a garage band a long time ago. His band called themselves "Rascal Flatts" and that should be the name for Gary, Jay, and Joe Don.

Carl Boshers was the drummer on tour between 2000-2003. He helped start the band with Jay Demarcus when Jay and Carl were working with Michael English. He also fills in as a studio drummer for many of the songs.

Rascalequip, I believe you have been misinformed. Lonnie Wilson was the drummer in 2000. Oh yeah and I should let you know Carl Boshers could not have helped start the band, he was occupied pursuing drug rehabilitation. I think he is another crazy fan,or maybe delusional for going as far as he has with the drummer lies. He is not listed on any albums or mentioned in any of the tours.In fact if you google Carl Boshers some of the results are rascalequip.com. What a coincidence!Also It does not make any sense why a Rascal Flatts' drummer would be selling sawmill equipment.Who would take such a pay cut?

The main characters are Sterling North and Rascal. Rascal is the raccoon that Sterling saved from a lynx that was trying to kill him. It was pretty much a moment in the authos life that happened.

I have been trying to find the answer to that question for years. It looks like Emily van camp, the actress from everwood but I've never been able to confirm that.
