Well yes, but the game isn't over you see the credits. You have to do one of those side jobs (the question marks) you find this one in black water near the graveyard and talk to that man. He tells you to go to Edgar Ross' house, then you talk to his wife and find out he's in Mexico hunting with another man. When you talk to that man he tells you that he's over by the river. You find Edgar Ross, he says a whole bunch of things then you have to beat him in a duel and that's the end of the game. But you could still go back and do the rest of the side jobs, find treasures, and find outfits, etc.

the best way to catch a hatchet is to go in a place where alot of zombies are and lay some bate down, then w8 for a group of zombies, then get on your horse and lasso the hatchet and ride to a safe distance (with it on your lasso) then hogtie it and put it on your horse then bring it to where you want it to be :D

Actually its theoretically possible, there's about 14 soldiers at the end, and the mauser pistol holds 15 shots. but unfortuantly after you kill about 3 soldiers they all start shooting and it wont let you use dead eye. Hopefully they'll come out with an alternate ending.

One of them is sombrero for your avatar. To get this, you need to shoot somebodys hat off without killing them. ( this is best done in theives landing to avoid being wanted.) i had to do this a few times before i got it. and also you, need xbox live to wear it.
