I would recommend Carrots, Apples or this simple recipe for the Reindeer that I have done for years. (it may be messy, though) First, Get some non flavored oatmeal. Second, get some Glitter (so the Reindeer can see it in the moonlight) and Third, put it in a container and mix it well.

The Reindeer seem to enjoy it! But be careful, if you live in an Apartment or Condo, because it is very VERY messy. And for Santa, Leave out some chocolate cookies, because he LOVES chocolate. I always used to write Letters and leave them under the cookie plate, and he always seemed to take them. Just a tip, Get your presents wrapped because it is really fun to rip open the wrap.

Well, the personalities of Santa's reindeer vary. But I reckon they must have some relation to their name in one way or another. Here's what I reckon: Dasher (male) has incredible speed and stamina and is regarded as the fastest reindeer. That is why he is up front. Dancer (female) is the most graceful reindeer. She is elegant and maneuvers with such nimbleness that Santa put her up front alongside Dasher. Prancer (male) is a very proud creature. He is deceptively strong, which is why he is behind Dasher and Dancer. Vixen (female) has a very friendly personality. She is also quite strong. She is partnered with Prancer. Comet (male) is regarded as the most powerful reindeer. He has great force and often headbutts obstacles out of his way. Cupid (male) is a fun-loving reindeer. His sweetness and good nature make him the perfect partner for the meteoric Comet. Donder (male) is very confident in his role. Strong-willed, focused and resolute, Donder may not a great partner for the electricfying Blitzen. Blitzen (female) is the most temperamental reindeer. Brash and impulsive, Blitzen is always the first to act. Rudolf (male) is the youngest reindeer. A timid creature, Rudolf looks up to the other reindeer, Dasher in particular. Rudolf leads the team in blizzards (you know why!)
