If you want to get rid of scalp ringworm fast, then what I have found to work for me is to dab bleach on the affected area, although, this may lead to permanent damage such as scarring, or permanent hair-loss. A more safe way is to us shampoos such as Nizoral shampoo, Sulfur 8 shampoo, Head and Shoulders, or selsum bleu shampoo. No matter what you do, always wash your pillow case and switch it out with another once every two days. From my past experiences, these have all worked for me, and my hair had started to grow back in about 2-3 months. Since I wrestle, i am expose to ringworm quite frequently. This is more likely to be due to fugal infection.
Friction and (fungus caused jock) occur in an area where skin rubbing against skin is highly frequent.
They present with red and , painful Itchy patches of scaly skin will have defined, ring-like borders, hence the medical name Tinea cruris, or ringworm of the groin.
Proper general hygiene is essential to prevent tinea cruris.
Topical antifungal creams are used for treatment.
However, there is no replacement for direct medical consultation.

as far as i know the ringworm bacteria never leaves your body. meaning once you get it, it could show up at any time during the course of your life. the most effective way that I found to rid the crap from the side of my face( from highschool wrestling) i use regular Lotriman and another cream called NP-27 anti fungal cream. i mixec them together and it became warm, i applied and it was gone in 2 day never to return yet. my brother noticed some on his jawline about 1 year ago, i told him how i got rid of it but he has done nothing and it is still there.
