Take it to a dealer to fix it. They wont fix it. They will tell you it needs an engine. Rover can not produce an engine for it. Rover will buy the car back. They are garbage rover wants them off the road. Even if you sucessfully reset the timing without the special tools the end of tne camshafts will eventually break off at the sprocket. rover techs are scared to work on those. I know I am one. Wont touch them

You just need a new bulb and a flat head screw driver to release a spring latch from the bulb. First pop the bonnet and behind the headlamp you should see a black circular cover clipped on. Remove that cover and you will see 3 wires going into a small black connector. Pull out this connector, the bulb is held into place by a spring type lock. Push the top of that spring from the latch it is held under and it should come away. Take out the old bulb and insert the new bulb, making sure that the glass is not touched; fingerprints or dirt can cause 'hotspots' leading to premature failure. Replace the spring latch and the black connector. If in doubt copy the other side.

You need to remove all the black plastic manifold that's above the top of the engine , and then the metal part of the manifold that's at th front, this gives you access to the thermostat, which comes complete with the housing. if your gonna replace it i suggest you get the two pipes that connext to it as well, as they get very brittle and break on removal.
