This question is really to vague to be answered here as there are several factors that can affect it as it can, and does, vary with each individual. Other factors include quantities imbibed, frequency, personal tolerance, and having recently eaten among many others.
I have personally drank these three in a single night and not gotten sick but others I know have even when doing the exact same thing as me including eating/drinking equal amounts over the same period of time. It would really depend on the individual, though if anyone drinks in excess they will more than likely become ill and vomit as the body tries to purge the excess alcohol.

When you pop the top of an aluminum can there are billions of micro-particulates of aluminum that break away like when you snap a cracker in half. You cant see the micro-particulates of aluminum but you do injest them. Whether they are small enough to enter the bloodstream and make their way to the brain, i don't know, but my common sense tells me yes, and perhaps the larger chunks (larger relative to what would be found per-molocule in drinking water) could do even worse damage in the brain?
The newer coorelation is with Mad Cow disease which they are 'calling' alzheimers to try and keep the numbers low so the beef market isn't 'harmed' (actually the beef market tycoons).
