There is never a reason to refrigerate or freeze liquor unless it is your personal preference. A lot of mixers require that they be stored in a cool place after being opened. But your rum does not need to be refrigerated unless you just prefer it that way. You can store liquor in your freezer because it will not freeze.

Rum has advantages and disadvantages. However, people these days have rum like water. Rum as well as a cigarette are very bad for your health. They may damage different organs in your body, most importantly your heart. One advantage of rum is for medicine. You may have rum as a medicine only if it's prescribed by a doctor, otherwise it's very dangerous as I said before, and can cause health difficulties.

You can use a spoon to remove the extra nutmeg if you have just dropped it in. Otherwise, it will just add flavor to the cake. If you are planning to frost the cake, avoid a flavored frosting.

Personally, I think Bacardi is choice. It is kind of hard to answer. It is more of a matter of preference. You can buy smaller things of rum at a cheaper price.

The color of a liquor is determined by various dissolved substances depending on the type of liquor. Sugar itself is colorless in solution so there is no relation between the color and the sugar content. rum is made from fermented molasses after fermentation it is distilled its not going to taste all that great unless you you add rum flavoring or age it in an oak barrel for 5-7 years.

It can vary from manufacturer and based on the size of bottles. Very large bottles can be as few as 4 to a case, smaller ones could go to 24 to a case. A case in beverages like this usually refers to 12 bottles. But a quick call to your local distributer should get you the answer.

What little real dairy cream is in it is pasteurized and homogenized. As long as you keep the cap on it it should last a LONG time. Even if left on the counter. I've never heard of anyone every saying "My RumChata went bad". (it too good to have sitting around for a long time)
