Rum has advantages and disadvantages. However, people these days have rum like water. Rum as well as a cigarette are very bad for your health. They may damage different organs in your body, most importantly your heart. One advantage of rum is for medicine. You may have rum as a medicine only if it's prescribed by a doctor, otherwise it's very dangerous as I said before, and can cause health difficulties.

rum is made from fermented molasses after fermentation it is distilled its not going to taste all that great unless you you add rum flavoring or age it in an oak barrel for 5-7 years.

What little real dairy cream is in it is pasteurized and homogenized. As long as you keep the cap on it it should last a LONG time. Even if left on the counter. I've never heard of anyone every saying "My RumChata went bad". (it too good to have sitting around for a long time)

I have the same question. The metal cap came off but I can't get the plastic part off. Tried a pair of plyers etc. No luck. just turn bottle upside down and pour. the booze comes out. pretty stupid really.
