This is a hard question to answer because it involved the feelings of many many people, but my personal take on Sailor Moon's popularity has to do with the fact that it was appealing to girls on the basis of the 'girl power' aspect with a little romance, but it also might have appealed to boys because of the fighting and the action (and the costumes?). Mostly, I think it has a special place in people's hearts as one of the first anime or manga series they were exposed to.

Sailor Cosmos is the Ultimate form of Sailor Moon (in the manga) ---- (Manga): Sailor Cosmos is the last incarnation and the ultimate form of Sailor Moon. During her time, there was a great war between her and the good and Chaos. When she couldn't stand the pain any longer, she went back into the past as Chibi Chibi, AKA Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon to help Eternal Sailor Moon defeat Chaos. She reveals herself later in the story, calling herself a coward. (Anime): Sailor Cosmos is the ultimate form of Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon, who is actually Galaxia's starseed. Unfortunately, we never get to see her on here.:(

It is the beginning of the fifth season Sailor Moon Sailor Stars. The USA never renewed its viewing rights for the show so it was never adapted into English. All the episodes are on Youtube.com. It is in Japanese though and it has English subtitles. I watched it and it was really good.

Yu Yu Hakusho. Considered one of the best anime's of all time. in 2006, a web poll in Japan conducted by one of the most popular television companies, TV Asahi, voted YYH as 15th best anime of all time. It came in second to Sailor Moon in 1993. If you haven't seen it, then you should watch it. The characters are unforgettable and it is slowly re-gaining its popularity in the USA.

Sorry to break it to you, but no there is not an episode 201. The English dubbed version of Sailor Moon ended with season 4, while the last season for the Japanese version was 5, ending with episode 200. :)

He regains his memorys of his past life in the first season when the silver crystal shows up (hense the reason he was looking for the silver crystal), but then he looses all memory again.. so a part of him (the Moonlight knight, the part of him who carries his memories) goes around saving Sailor Moon.. but then when Tuxedo Mask realizes how much Sailor Moon loves him he regains his lost memories and the Moonlight knight returns to his body.

Chibi chibi is a character in the 5th season of Sailor Moon who is really Sailor Galaxia's Star Seed. Sailor Galaxia sent it out into space to "find someone who will accept her", and Chibi Chibi found Usagi. Chibi chibi could only say "chibi chibi" or repeat what someone said.

In the anime, Sailor Galaxia fought during the Sailor Wars against Chaos, and in order to save the galaxy, sealed Chaos within herself. The presence of Chaos within her began corrupting her, though, so in order to protect it, she sent it out of her body to somewhere in the Galaxy where it would be taken care of. This Star Seed took the form of Chibi Chibi, and later Sailor Chibi Chibi.

In the manga, Sailor Galaxia had a more "evil" beginning--she was born on a planet she regarded as "trash," and roamed the Galaxy, seeking the ultimate power. She encountered a hooded individual (with more than a passing resemblance to Wiseman/Death Phantom--a form of Chaos, and one that Galaxia was aware was one of the most powerful in the galaxy) that told her of the Sagittarius Zero Star, the birthplace of all stars in the galaxy (and the center of the galaxy). Galaxia ended up setting up her base of operations there, at the Galaxy Cauldron, and recruiting minions to help her acquire more and more Star Seeds. Those who killed "true" Sailor Senshi (with genuine Star Seeds, also known as Sailor Crystals) could gain the powers of the defeated Senshi by utilizing bracelets given to them by Galaxia. A "true" Senshi who gave up her Sailor Crystal could also survive in a physical form with the use of these bracelets.

If Sailor Galaxia succeeded in making Sailor Moon distraught, she would become vulnerable to Chaos. If Sailor Moon was overtaken by Chaos, the two immense powers would cancel each other out and destroy one another, leaving Galaxia to get their Sailor Crystals and then become the strongest Sailor Senshi in the galaxy.
