Chris Farley & Tim Meadows were both in a SNL skit in 1991 about the Brady Bill, the law which would require a 10 day waiting period for people wanting to purchase a hand gun. The skit also starred Dana Carvey, Kevin Nealon, Chris Rock & the late Phil Hartman as skit narrator Charlton Heston. This was one of my favorite skits from SNL as Chris Farley's performance was hilariously over-exagerated, in his usual, classic way.
