Secretariat was buried at Claiborne Farm in Paris, Kentucky. He is buried next to his sire, Bold Ruler. He was given the rare honor for a racehorse of being buried whole. Normally most of the body of a winning racehorse is cremated, and the head, heart and hooves are buried. The head - symbolizing intelligence, the heart - symbolizing strength, and the hooves - symbolizing power.
The trainers at Claborne Farms (Secretariat sired just over 600 colts in his lifetime!) heard Secretariat nay in pain and limp on September 12, 1989. It is one of the most serious equine hoof diseases and most painful. There is no known cure. Penny Chenery (Secretariat's owner) was called and told. What is the value of an uncashed winning ticket in perfect condition on Secretariat in 1973 at the Belmont Stakes for the Triple Crown Winner?

It is worth what somebody will pay for it. There were approximately $5000 uncashed tickets, some were probably lost. Could speculate that someone might pay up $10,000 for the ticket, but that does not mean it is worth that much. Some people know the cost of everything and the value of nothing. Good luck in finding one; they are few and far between, and have not seen to many of them for sale.

Not the first time I've run into a nameless piece of music from a composer, used in TV or film.

It is clearly a cover version of Tomorrow Never Knows by the Beatles. I just don't know by whom.

Is Secretariat jockey paul feliciano filipino?

No. It was Ron Turcott

Wrong!

Paul Feliciano was an apprentice and contract rider for Lucien Laurin and rode Secretariat in his first two races as a two year old at Aqueduct.

On July 4, 1972 at Aqueduct, Secretariat's first race, Ron Turcotte was at Monmouth Park riding Summer Guest in the Monmouth Oaks.

Turcotte was injured in a spill a few days before Secretariat's second race and first win on July 15th.

Eddie Maple also rode Secretariat in his last race at Woodbine because Ron Turcotte was suspended for a racing incident.

I do not know what Paul's nationality was.
