Browning and Beretta are firm favourites here in England with many high class gun makers such as Purdey and Perrazi turning out guns which sell for tens of thousands of pounds.
The list is too long and boring to research in detail.

Of course, it is dependent upon the condition of the gun, but it should range anywhere from $100.00 through $350.00. Location also plays a role in how much weapons are worth. What is cheap in one state can be outrageous in another state.

Probably not. Shotguns are inaccurate at any distance further than pretty much pointblank, for the purposes of killing another person. An assassin would either get close enough to plant an explosive, or just shot them with a pistol (which is easier to hide, more accurate at distance, and easier to use).

They are not marked, you can tell by the serial no. (well an looks ;)

Yes, the CX 4 in 45 acp will eat lead bullets all day long. I load 200gr cast lead at 1000 fps and have shot several hundred in my CX 4. No sign of leading and no failure to feed or fire. Hope this helps.

The only place you will get a stock for a Tobin shotgun is to find one off of another Tobin. They are very hard to find. Be advised that if you find one it will most likely require fitting to your gun as they were hand fitted.

I'll answer my own question. You pull on the front of the forearm and it should detach from the barrels allowing barrel removal. Mine was seriously stuck. Its off now.

A 1936 LC Smith shotgun is worth a differing amount of money depending on what condition it is in. Some collectors will pay as much as $1,400.

I have this shotgun which has been in my family since the late 1920's.

I cannot put a price on it & consider it "priceless!" I have turned down offers of $2000.00 in the past.
