I've seen cheats for this before, but when I tried them they didn't work.
First make sure you have a good foot positioning. You should have complete balance in this position. pop the board a little less harder than u would for an ollie. At the same time as your back foot pops slide ur front foot up to the nose of the board turning your foot sideways as u do it. Flick your foot up and out off pf the side of the nose. the flip is all in your ankle so just use your ankle not your entire leg. All at the same time as your doin this other stuff jump as high as you can and bend your knees inthe air to stay up there longer.you have to time it perfectlly to land back down on it. the whole time you do it look down at the bolts this will help you alot. keep your shoulders straight and stay over the board as it flips and u should just land on it. and remember kickflip is like the hardest trick out there so have patience. and once you get em down you will never forget how to do it

Look! One is by the slides and another is by the Olympic pool/ secret area. The Olympic pool can be found easily. Skate board around the map until you see a reddish brown ramp. Down the ramp is the Olympic pool. The third item is up the stairs along the streets in a little shady area that looks like where you could walk in to a store. As for the fourth I cannot recall where it was but I think it could've been on the top of the bus.
