No, it's the Sydney Funnel-Web spider. It's bite can kill a human in 45 minutes while the Black Widow's bite more often then not is not fatal. And when it is, it takes several hours to kill the body.

They do say that the Daddy-Long Legg is the most venomous and yes it's mouth is to small to bit but I have also herd it could be the angle of the body on those long clumsey leggs that just get in the way and it simply cant get low enough to bit, so if you mess with them be careful that you keep them away from any wrinkled skin or loose skin because this could help them to bit you more efficiently... by Tawni

Well naturally spiders have an unlimited supply of web. They need a web to catch food, if the web were to get torn and the spider didn't have unlimited web then he'd be out of food and die.

Let's see, if these spiders are around plants, my guess is that they are spider mites. Damage from these little guys can be severe. Leaves turn silver, as the chlorophyll disappears, or turn yellow as they die. Leaves fall on the floor for no apperant reason. A slight red dust can be found on the underside of leaves. I have never dealt with this problem, I bet a nusery worker would know how to get rid of them. Rinsing your plants every now and then can detour many pests and diseases.
