Yes. I'm prescribed 8mg of suboxone twice a day as well as 5mgs of dexedrine in the morning & 10mgs of dexedrine in the afternnon & another 10mg of it before night classes. However i do find myself taking 10 in the morning, 10 in the afternoon and 20 at night but i have a tolerance. but suboxone and dexedrine have actually both worked very well together for me. not so panicky...

I am a type 1 diabetic and i occasionally use suboxone recreationally. I have no scientific answers except every time I take suboxone, I have to carb load like crazy. Five hours into the intended effects, my blood sugar was 36. Then two hours later it was 56, then thirty minutes later it was 52. This has happened many times. It makes your blood sugar go low from my experience but you might have a totally different chemical makeup.

It is not recommended to take suboxone and methadone together within a few hours apart. You should give yourself time to get one out of your system before taking the other. Mixing methadone and suboxone can result in sickness and withdrawals.

I would say at least 24 hours. The longer you can wait, the more (and better) you will feel. I just switched over from Suboxone to Methadone 2 months ago & didnt really "feel" the methadone for about 3 days. I waited roughly 24 hours between doses because of all the "horror stories" I have heard, and I didnt get sick at all.

Methadone and Suboxone are a strange thing when it comes to what to take first and vice versa. I was on 110milligrams of methadone and had to stop altogether without weaning because a broken down car. Nine days later I took 16mgs. of Suboxone at a new clinic and was deathly sick for two days. This is because methadone is a full opiate while Suboxone is a partial opiate. So if you take Suboxone and then Methadone, you will either feel the methadone or feel nothing(depending on your Suboxone dose) BUT if you take Methadone,especially for a long period of time, and then take Suboxone, God have mercy on you, it can throw you into AWS(Acute Withdrawal Syndrome) and its like a flu times 10 with insomnia

I don't know about state funding, but I do know that you can get your Suboxone prescription covered if you are on Medicaid.

yes it will man. taking sub less than 24 hours since your last opiod dose will make you sick and your withdrawl symptoms will worsen. wait at least 24 hours man. good luck

How many mg. of Suboxone is safe for you, depends on how tolerant you are to this medication. lf you normally take 6 mg., then 1 or 2 more mg. should be the maximum amount that you increase it. A person who has no prior exposure to Buprenorphine (the opioid in Suboxone) may find 2 mg. to be too strong, and may experience unpleasant reactions such as nausea, headache or respiratory depression. Even those who are opioid tolerant, may find Suboxone too strong.

I'm doing it myself. I get prescribed 8mg pills and am taking less than a quarter a day and I still feel the withdrawals. It's a beating that's for sure. So maybe take a weekend and just try to quit

I'd honestly just take it the way you're supposed to, sublingually. It works wonders that way. As far as smoking it, I'm sure it wont work nearly as well or as long as it would if taken sublingually.

If your body is used to suboxone then you can usually only be on a stonger narcotic up to about three days before you have a rough conversion back onto the suboxone. But you should wait the correct time for the stronger narcotic to ware off before taking the suboxone again.

Yes, if you are prescribed the pills have the person with clean urine to pee in the empty pill bottle or another device(cup,ect.) Then pour into the pill bottle and all the residue is jus enough dont shake it but turn half ways slowly, if you dont have a bottle or if you get strips just put a tiny peice of either in warm pee, right after peed so it will disolve, ,my friend did the pill bottle residue and it worked fine. I would just make sure the person doing the peeing does not have other drugs in their system (my friend used his sons, witch I do not condone in any way ! Before people get nasty about me saying that) and you do know you.have to keep it warm, the right temp? Good luck :)

Sniffing Suboxone still shows in your urine/blood the same way it shows up through orally taking it. Unless the people are testing for buebrenorphin, it will not show up on test for opiates.

Try an herb called "kratom" -- I used it to quit oxycodone because it's easier to get off than suboxone.

I'm not too sure, but all i can tell you is that everyone that i kno that used suboxone said its harder to kick that the actual drug.
